目前,水力发电行业还没有发现有采用本实用新型水轮机的情况。
发明内容:
本实用新型要达到的目的是降低水轮机的制造成本,节约水能源,提高工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:在两个链轮上设有环形链,在环形链上设有多个活塞,环形链穿过进水管及活塞管,其中一个链轮与发电机轴固定在一起。采用本实用新型能够降低制造水轮机的成本,节约水能源,提高工作效率。

具体实施方案:
首先用金属材料加工制作链轮1及链轮5,链轮齿上有凹槽。其次,用圆形的钢材制作环形链2,在隔一个链扣上设有活塞3,形成多个活塞,由于环形链使用时每个链扣呈90度交叉状态,于链轮轴心平行的链扣就卡在链轮两齿之间带动链轮转动,垂直于链轮轴心的链扣,就卡在链轮齿的凹槽里。第三,把发电机轴4同链轮1固定在一起。第四在环形链的一侧设有进水管6及活塞管7。
在使用本实用新型时高水位的水进入进水管6及活塞管7,用水的自然压力推动活塞3,迫使链轮1转动,从而带动发电机轴4转动使发电机发电。
