为了有效地延长切刀的使用寿命，本实用新型提供一种新型塑料薄膜切刀装置，其特征在于：切刀(1)固定在可以以支点(2)旋转的刀架(3)上或者切刀(1)在支点(2)位置旋紧连接在固定刀架(3)。前一种结构可以采用旋转刀架的办法，不断改变刀刃上对薄膜的作用点，从而有效地避免刀刃上作用点的过早钝化，从而延长切刀(1)的寿命。后一结构，可以直接旋转切刀(1)，同样是不断改变刀刃上对薄膜的作用点，从而有效地避免刀刃上作用点的过早钝化，从而延长切刀(1)的寿命。
