本实用新型提供了一种卫生面包夹，是由左、右金属支架、旋转定位销和扭力弹簧构成，左、右金属支架的后端端部通过旋转定位销铰接连接，扭力弹簧套接在旋转定位销上，其中所述的左、右金属支架前端端部分别连接有硅橡胶夹头，所述的硅橡胶夹头内分别嵌设有金属骨架。本实用新型具有夹头弹性适中，使用安全、方便的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种面包夹，尤其是采用无毒夹头制造的一种卫生面包夹。
背景技术
目前，传统的面包夹通常是由后端端部铰接连接的左、右金属支架和套接在铰接部的扭力弹簧构成，其夹头普遍是将左、右金属支架直接向前延伸形成或在左、右金属支架前端连接塑料夹头；这种结构形式存在下述不足：(1)金属夹头的刚性强，使用时容易损坏食物表面，影响食物的外观；(2)塑料夹头的耐温性能差，受热容易变形，而且塑料夹头通常含有对人体有害的物质，不利于人体健康，并且在使用时同样容易损坏食物表面形状。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种夹头弹性适中，使用安全、方便的卫生面包夹。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种卫生面包夹，是由左、右金属支架、旋转定位销和扭力弹簧构成，左、右金属支架的后端端部通过旋转定位销铰接连接，扭力弹簧套接在旋转定位销上，其中：所述的左、右金属支架前端端部分别连接有硅橡胶夹头，所述的硅橡胶夹头内分别嵌设有金属骨架。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的金属骨架从硅橡胶夹头与左、右金属支架的连接部延伸至硅橡胶夹头中部，可以达到最好的夹持效果。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的硅橡胶夹头分别与左、右金属支架前端端部插接，方便夹头损坏后更换。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的左、右金属支架侧面还设有硅橡胶防滑条，以防止在使用时打滑。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的左、右金属支架侧面可以分别设置连接孔，在硅橡胶防滑条内表面设置与连接孔相适应的连接凸块，连接凸块与连接孔之间扣接，这样可以方便清洗和更换。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的硅橡胶防滑条外表面设有多条防滑凹槽，以进一步增强防滑效果。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的左、右金属内骨架后端内侧还可以设置拉动滑块，该拉动滑块中部设有长形孔，旋转定位销穿设在该拉动滑块内，可以调整左右金属支架的张开大小。
上述的一种卫生面包夹中所述的拉动滑块后部设有拉动滑块套，以方便使用。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，与现有技术相比，具有下述优点：
(1)通过在左、右金属支架前端设置硅橡胶夹头，因硅橡胶夹头既可耐高温，又对人体无毒害，满足卫生要求及环保要求。
(2)通过在硅橡胶夹头内嵌设金属骨架，能提供适当的夹持弹性，使用时不会损坏食物表面，可保证食物的造型完整。

具体实施方式
参阅图1至图5所示，本实用新型的一种卫生面包夹，是由左、右金属支架1、2、旋转定位销3和扭力弹簧4构成，左、右金属支架1、2的后端端部通过旋转定位销3铰接连接，扭力弹簧4套接在旋转定位销3上，在左、右金属支架1、2前端端部分别插接有硅橡胶夹头5，该硅橡胶夹头5呈瓢形，周边呈花纹状，便于夹紧食物；在硅橡胶夹头5内分别嵌设有金属骨架6，金属骨架6从硅橡胶夹头4与左、右金属支架1、2的连接部延伸至硅橡胶夹头5中部；在左、右金属支架1、2侧面设有硅橡胶防滑条7，通过在左、右金属支架1、2侧面分别设置三个连接孔10，和在硅橡胶防滑条7内表面设有与连接孔10相适应的三个连接凸块7A，使连接凸块7A与连接孔10之间扣接连接；还在硅橡胶防滑条7外表面设有多条防滑凹槽7B；在左、右金属内骨架1、2后端内侧还设有拉动滑块8，该拉动滑块8中部设有长形孔8A，旋转定位销3穿设在该长形孔8A内，在拉动滑块8后部设有拉动滑块套9。
本实用新型具体使用时，可以通过拉动滑块8调整左、右金属支架1、2的开合大小，方便使用和收藏；将左、右金属支架1、2调整开合大小后，用手握持在左、右金属支架1、2后部的硅橡胶防滑条7上，用硅橡胶夹头5直接夹持食物即可，使用非常方便。

1.一种卫生面包夹，是由左、右金属支架(1、2)、旋转定位销(3)和扭力弹簧(4)构成，左、右金属支架(1、2)的后端端部通过旋转定位销(3)铰接连接，扭力弹簧(4)套接在旋转定位销(3)上，其特征在于：所述的左、右金属支架(1、2)前端端部分别连接有硅橡胶夹头(5)，所述的硅橡胶夹头(5)内分别嵌设有金属骨架(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生面包夹，其特征在于：所述的金属骨架(6)从硅橡胶夹头(4)与左、右金属支架(1、2)的连接部延伸至硅橡胶夹头(5)中部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种卫生面包夹，其特征在于：所述的硅橡胶夹头(5)分别与左、右金属支架(1、2)前端端部插接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生面包夹，其特征在于：所述的左、右金属支架(1、2)侧面设有硅橡胶防滑条(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种卫生面包夹，其特征在于：所述的左、右金属支架(1、2)侧面分别设有连接孔(1A、2A)，在硅橡胶防滑条(7)内表面设有与连接孔(10)相适应的连接凸块(7A)，连接凸块(7A)与连接孔(10)之间扣接。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种卫生面包夹，其特征在于：所述的硅橡胶防滑条(7)外表面设有多条防滑凹槽(7B)。
7.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的一种卫生面包夹，其特征在于：所述的左、右金属内骨架(1、2)后端内侧设有拉动滑块(8)，该拉动滑块(8)中部设有长形孔(8A)，旋转定位销(3)穿设在该拉动滑块(8)内。
