本实用新型公开了一种长寿型蓄电池,包括蓄电池槽盒及其配合的中盖,槽盒内设有若干个单体,相邻单体间正导电汇流排和负导电汇流排通过导电联结件联结,导电联结件设于相邻单体交界处的正中间,中盖上对应各导电联结件设有定位嵌槽。本实用新型通过将蓄电池槽内单体间正负汇流排联结的导电联结件设于单体间交界处的正中间,实现单体间的最近处联结,可节省原材料,同时提高了产品性能。

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池产品,尤其是涉及一种长寿型蓄电池。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池单体电压为2V,市场上的商品电池一般是由多个单体电池串联在一起的联体电池,单体间的联结方式多种多样,由于两单体间要良好联结并彼此绝缘,联结导体的内阻如果过大,引起电池在充放电过程中的能量损耗和电池的充电不足,再加上偏流极化,常常至电池过早容量衰减。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种长寿型蓄电池,通过将蓄电池槽内单体间正负汇流排联结的导电联结件设于单体间交界处的正中间,实现单体间的最近处联结,可节省原材料,同时提高了产品性能。
一种长寿型蓄电池,包括蓄电池槽盒及其配合的中盖,槽盒内设有若干个单体,相邻单体间正导电汇流排和负导电汇流排通过导电联结件联结,所述的导电联结件设于相邻单体交界处的正中间,中盖上对应各导电联结件设有定位嵌槽。
本实用新型将导电联结件设于蓄电池槽内相邻单体交界处的正中间,在联结件处对应的中盖上设置了嵌槽,实现两个单体间联结距离最短,联结线路的电阻就最小,导电联结件位于电池单体正中间,使得充放电时电流分布均匀,极化最小,不但节省了导电联结件的材料,而且明显减小了电池的欧母内阻和充放电时产生的极化,提高电池的充电接受能力,电池在充电后期的腐蚀电流减小,减缓了板栅的腐蚀速度,电池充电尾期电流小,失水就少,这样电池的使用寿命就延长了。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种长寿型蓄电池,包括蓄电池槽盒1及其配合的中盖2,槽盒1内设有若干个单体3,相邻单体3间正导电汇流排4和负导电汇流排5通过导电联结件6联结,导电联结件6设于相邻单体3交界处的正中间,中盖2上对应各导电联结件6设有定位嵌槽7,导电联结件6在定位嵌槽7处联接,蓄电池槽1和中盖2配合后,用环氧树脂粘接密封,实现单体3间的彼此绝缘并通过导电联结件6导电良好。

1.一种长寿型蓄电池,包括蓄电池槽盒(1)及其配合的中盖(2),槽盒(1)内设有若干个单体(3),相邻单体(3)间正导电汇流排(4)和负导电汇流排(5)通过导电联结件(6)联结,其特征在于:所述的导电联结件(6)设于相邻单体(3)交界处的正中间,中盖(2)上对应各导电联结件(6)设有定位嵌槽(7)。
