背景技术
目前，国内外排灌泵站用的拍门阀大都采用旋挂式拍门，这种拍门由于下落速度快，很难保护水泵不受损坏，而且需要阀体内腔的介质建立较高压力时才能将拍门顶开。由于水泵输出介质顶升力有限，所以拍门开启角度小、能源损耗大，由其是1.6m以上的大型拍门，需要电动或液压启闭机设备才能安全启闭。到目前为止，在市场上还尚未见到一种拍门开启角度大，介质流通阻力小，又能自动启闭的圆筒形左侧翻式拍门阀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构简单合理，动作稳定可靠，拍门开启角度大，介质流通阻力小，拍门能自动启闭，无需启闭机设备，不要人工操作，可节约大量能源和人力物力的圆筒形左侧翻式拍门阀。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种圆筒形左侧翻式拍门阀，它包括阀体、环形槽、上下铰耳和拍门等。其中在阀体的前端面设置有自前向后倾斜5°斜角，在阀体前端面上设置有安装橡胶O形圈的环形槽，所述阀体前端面上设置有上下铰耳，在上下铰耳中设置有上下轴销，在上下轴销上设置有拍门。所述设置在阀体前端面上的上下铰耳，上下轴销和拍门在阀体前端面自左至右倾斜5°斜角。
本实用新型的有益效果是：(1)结构简单合理，动作稳定可靠，使用寿命长；(2)拍门开启角度大，介质流通阻力小，可节约大量能源；(3)拍门能自动启闭，无需启闭机设备，不要人工操作；(4)可节约大量人力物力。

如图所示，圆筒形左侧翻式拍门阀主要由阀体1、环形槽2、上铰耳3、下铰耳4、上轴销5、下轴销6和拍门7等构成。
