本实用新型涉及一种排灌泵站设备，尤其是一种圆筒形自由侧翻式拍门阀。
背景技术
目前，国内外各种排灌泵站用的拍门阀只有旋启式和垂直侧门式两种结构。这种拍门阀虽然也能保护水泵和防止洪水流入农田和城镇街道，但开启角度小、能源损耗大，尤其是垂直侧门式拍门，需要人工或启闭机设备才能关闭，很不适应排灌防洪的特性要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种设计理念新异、结构简单合理、运行轨迹独特，水流阻力极小，不但能够自动启闭，而且动作稳定可靠，密封效果良好，能够节约大量能源和人力物力的圆筒形自由侧翻式拍门阀。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种圆筒形自由侧翻式拍门阀，它包括阀体、环形槽、上下铰耳、拍门、上下轴销和定位杆。所述阀体前端面上设置有向后倾斜7°斜角，所述阀体前端面上还设置有安装橡胶O形圈的环形槽，所述阀体前端面上还设置有上下铰耳、在上下铰耳中的上下轴销上设置有拍门，所述拍门开启的背后还设置有定位杆，限制拍门的开启角度。
本实用新型的持点是：当阀体内腔的介质压力大于拍门外部背压时，拍门就自动开启；当阀体内腔的压力小或等于阀门外部背压时，拍门即自动下落将阀口封住，无需手、电、气、液控制，不要人工操作。

具体实施方式
如图所示，圆筒形自由侧翻式拍门阀主要由阀体1、环形槽2、上铰耳3、拍门4、下铰耳5、上轴销6、下轴销7、定位杆8等构成。所述阀体1的前端面设置有向后倾斜7°斜角，所述阀体1端面上还设置有安装橡胶O形圈的环形槽2，所述阀体1端面上设置有上铰耳3和下铰耳5，所述上铰耳3和下铰耳5中设置有上轴销6和下轴销7，所述上轴销6和下轴销7上设置有拍门4，所述拍门4开启的背后设置有定位杆8限制拍门的开启角度。
本实用型的特点是：当阀体1内腔的介质压力大于拍门4外部背压时，拍门4就自动开启，当阀体1内腔的介质压力小于或等于拍门4外部背压时，拍门4就自动下落封住阀口，无需手、电、气、液控制，不要人工操作。
