本实用新型公开了一种软管灯,该软管灯由前接头、尾塞、软管和至少一串放置于软管的通槽内的串联发光LED灯串组成,软管上封塑有两股主导线,串联发光LED灯串是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线上的LED发光晶体组成,串联发光LED灯串两端的连接导线分别与相应主导线连接;由于该串联发光LED灯串是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线上的LED发光晶体组成,结构简单,无需将各个发光单元焊接成串,安装在软管内的工序简便,只需将该灯串的一端用器件牵引,从软管的另一端将灯串拉进,即可便捷的将灯串放置在软管内,另外,该软管无须包覆外皮,即可正常使用,使用可靠、成本低。

目前用于各种场合的软管灯,其安装在芯线内的发光灯串一般是将各相邻发光二极管的通过使管脚焊接或者扭接连接而成,由于每个相邻的发光二极管之间都要进行连接,工作量大,生产效率低,并且安装在芯线内时其工序复杂,需要将芯线剖开才便于装入,而且导致必须要在芯线外包覆一层外皮才能使用安全可靠,因而导致生产成本的增加。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、生产效率高、使用可靠的软管灯。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种软管灯,其特征在于:该软管灯由前接头、尾塞、软管和至少一串放置于软管的通槽内的串联发光LED灯串组成,软管上封塑有两股主导线,串联发光LED灯串是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线上的LED发光晶体组成,串联发光LED灯串两端的连接导线分别与相应主导线连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在本软管灯中的串联发光LED灯串是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线上的LED发光晶体组成,该灯串结构简单,无需将各个发光单元焊接成串,安装在软管内的工序简便,只需将该灯串的一端用器件牵引,从软管的另一端将灯串拉进,即可便捷的将灯串放置在软管内,另外,该软管无须包覆外皮,即可正常使用,使用可靠、成本低。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,一种软管灯,该软管灯由前接头10、尾塞20、软管1和至少一串放置于软管1的通槽3内的串联发光LED灯串4组成,软管1上封塑有两股主导线2、2’,串联发光LED灯串4是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线40和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线40上的LED发光晶体42组成,串联发光LED灯串4两端的连接导线分别与相应主导线2、2’连接。
参照图3,当串联发光灯串4中的某部分发光晶体损坏,则可在制作时将其剪除更换新的发光晶体42’,则断开的相邻LED发光晶体42、42’的连接导线40、40’之间焊接连接,并在焊接处5包覆有绝缘胶套6。
作为优选实施方式,为使灯串的结构更为紧凑,发光效果更好,所述LED发光晶体42为长条形,其下端面平直,上端面呈弧形,外覆绝缘膜的连接导线从平直底端面的一端接入,从平直底端面的另一端接出,与相邻的LED发光晶体5连接。
由于在本软管灯中的串联发光LED灯串是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线上的LED发光晶体组成,该灯串结构简单,无需将各个发光单元焊接成串,安装在软管内的工序简便,只需将该灯串的一端用器件牵引,从软管的另一端将灯串拉进,即可便捷的将灯串放置在软管内,另外,该软管无须包覆外皮,即可正常使用,使用可靠、成本低。
当然,上述实施方式并不是对本实用新型的唯一限定,其它等同技术方案也应当在本发明创造的保护范围之内。

1、一种软管灯,其特征在于:该软管灯由前接头(10)、尾塞(20)、软管(1)和至少一串放置于软管(1)的通槽(3)内的串联发光LED灯串(4)组成,软管(1)上封塑有两股主导线(2、2’),串联发光LED灯串(4)是由外覆绝缘膜的连接导线(40)和制作在该外覆绝缘膜的连接导线(40)上的LED发光晶体(42)组成,串联发光LED灯串(4)两端的连接导线分别与相应主导线(2、2’)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种软管灯,其特征在于:所述串联发光灯串(4)中断开的相邻LED发光晶体的连接导线之间焊接连接,并在焊接处(5)包覆有绝缘胶套(6)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种软管灯,其特征在于:所述LED发光晶体(42)为长条形,其下端面平直,上端面呈弧形,外覆绝缘膜的连接导线从平直底端面的一端接入,从平直底端面的另一端接出,与相邻的LED发光晶体(42)连接。
