Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种冲水阀防虹吸装置,包括一个封气孔薄膜片,有气孔的膜片支架,波纹式伸缩套,通气支架,复位弹簧等。其中封气孔薄膜片变形力较小,与现有防虹吸回流装置相比,具有相对很低的水流压力损失,同时不容易产生泄漏,当其应用于水暖器材如冲水阀时,水流压力得以保持而产生良好的冲洗效果。

冲水阀防虹吸装置
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种冲水阀用防虹吸装置,可广泛应用于水暖器材等行业中。
背景技术:
给水管道系统中因停水等原因往往容易产生真空,或低于大气压,导致管道系统虹吸水回流现象,严重者可能造成给水系统的污染,在现有技术中,有关防虹吸回流装置为了有效防虹吸,同时又保证系统不泄漏,通过设置一单向阀联动一密封片实现密封通气口的方式,往往造成管道系统的水流压力损失过大,本实用新型在减小水流压力损失而又保证有效的防虹吸方面作了一定的创新。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的是提供一种冲水阀用防虹吸回流装置。
本实用新型解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:该防虹吸回流装置包括一个封气孔薄膜片,有气孔的膜片支架,波纹式伸缩套,通气支架,复位弹簧等。其中封气孔薄膜片变形力比较小,并小于波纹式伸缩套变形力与复位弹簧力之和,波纹式伸缩套与封气孔薄膜片套在膜片支架上,膜片支架在通气支架中可上下移动,通气支架实现外界与系统管道内部空气连通。
在没有水流时,封气孔薄膜片自由伸展状态,进气口处于打开状态。当封气孔薄膜片在有一定水流冲击下,即变形移动封闭进气孔口,防止泄漏。当管道系统中开始有水流通过,并假设水流足够小,不足以推动封气孔薄膜片变形下移完全封闭进气口,这时,由于复位弹簧力的作用,膜片支架也只是略微下移,水流通道较小,而下游管道通流截面远大于此,不致以使水流溢满管道从进气口溢流。
本实用新型的有益效果是:与现有防虹吸回流装置相比,具有相对很低的水流压力损失,同时不容易产生泄漏,当其应用于水暖器材如冲水阀时,水流压力得以保持而产生良好的冲洗效果。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型附图表述了该防虹吸回流装置的具体实施方式,如图1所示,包括带有通气槽的主壳体(1),封气孔薄膜片(2),有气孔(8)的膜片支架(3),波纹式伸缩套(4),通气支架(5),复位弹簧(6),限位环(7),卡销(9),O形圈(10)等。其中封气孔薄膜片(2)变形力比较小,小于波纹式伸缩套变形力与复位弹簧力之和,波纹式伸缩套(4)的变形力也很小,波纹式伸缩套(4)始终套在膜片支架(3)上,膜片支架(3)在通气支架(5)中可上下移动,通气支架(5)实现外界与系统管道内部空气连通。膜片支架(3)撑住封气孔薄膜片(2),卡销(9)用来定位通气支架(5),限位环(7)起到对封气孔薄膜片(2)限位作用,当管道中出现负压时防止封气孔薄膜片(2)倒吸或变形过大,封气孔薄膜片(2)可以变形移动来密封膜片支架(3)上的气孔(8)。
当系统管道中没有供水时,这时复位弹簧(6)将膜片支架(3)抬起,这时封气孔薄膜片(2)也处于自由伸展状态,主壳体(1)外界空气经由通气支架(5)气道(11)及膜片支架(3)的气孔(8)进入管道系统内,从而破坏管道系统可能产生的真空,防止虹吸。
当系统管道中开始有水流通过,并假设水流压力足够小,不足以推动封气孔薄膜片(2)变形下移完全封闭进气口(8),这时,由于复位弹簧力的作用,膜片支架(3)也只是略微下移,水流通道较小,而下游管道通流截面远大于此,不致以使水流溢满管道从进气口溢流。
当系统管道中水流压力速度不断增大,使得封气孔薄膜片(2)受到更大的冲击力,并变形下移完全使进气口(8)封闭。当水流压力及速度增大到一定程度,膜片支架(3)带动封气孔薄膜片(2)克服复位弹簧力及波纹式伸缩套(4)的变形力继续下移,则水流通道越来越大,系统的通流能力也越来越大,显然,在这一过程中,当我们设定封气孔薄膜片(2)变形力足够小,则管道中很小水流压力时,封气孔薄膜片(2)就可迅速关闭进气口(8),以避免泄漏。另外适当设置复位弹簧(6)弹力,波纹式伸缩套(4)的变形力足够小,克服复位弹簧力及波纹式伸缩套(4)的变形力所造成的水流阻力也会足够小,在保证水流通道的通流截面的情况下,通过该系统的水流压力损失将足够小。

Claims (3)

1.一种冲水阀防虹吸装置,其特征是:包括带有通气槽的主壳体(1),封气孔薄膜片(2),有气孔(8)的膜片支架(3),波纹式伸缩套(4),通气支架(5),复位弹簧(6),限位环(7),卡销(9),O形圈(10),其中膜片支架(3)撑住封气孔薄膜片(2),波纹式伸缩套(4)始终套在膜片支架(3)上,膜片支架(3)在通气支架(5)中可上下移动,通气支架(5)与外部空气连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述冲水阀防虹吸装置,其特征是:波纹式伸缩套(4)始终套在膜片支架(3)上,并跟随膜片支架(3)上下伸缩移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述冲水阀防虹吸装置,其特征是:限位环(7)在封气孔薄膜片(2)的上方。
