Abstract

本实用新型公开一种生物质+太阳能热水器由在太阳能热水器的水箱(1)内下部安装有内胆(4),内胆一头连有烟管(5),另一头下面有圆孔(2)与水箱下孔连接相通的水箱和另备燃烧器、保温盖板(3)组合而成,需要补充温度时将燃烧器加入燃料点燃火后推入保温盖板孔内等燃料燃尽后即可使用。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器,特别是涉及一种生物质+太阳能热水器
背景技术  目前的太阳能热水器均采用电加热补充阴雨天及冬天太阳能的不足,不但耗电大、费用高,我国电力相当紧缺,并且很不适用我国广大农村家庭经济、能源及环境条件的使用。
前面公开过的柴热水器及太阳能热水器均是单一使用,都不能充分高效地将两种可再生能源结合利用来满足广大农村家庭一年四季使用热水、开水的需要。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种在充分利用太阳能后也达不到使用温度要求时就使用生物质燃料高效汽化燃烧补充热量的生物质+太阳能热水器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的生物质+太阳能热水器采用了在太阳能热水器的水箱内安装柴火加热内胆,及外挂接燃烧器或保温盖板组合的结构。
采用这种结构后,将保温盖板安装在水箱挂接口处就能保证太阳能热水器的效果,将燃烧器内加入柴燃料点火后挂入水箱挂接口处就能利用柴燃料补充热能,并可烧开水。由于燃烧器是采用上部有密集小孔的二次进风汽化燃烧结构,所以燃烧充分、火力猛、温度高、升温快,并且,内胆加热的热能利用效率也很高。从而保证了两种可再生能源的高效结合利用。

具体实施方式  如图1、图2所示,由圆形水箱(1)内下部安装有两头密封的小半圆管(4)(6),小半圆管的一头上面连接相通有圆筒(5),另一头的下面有圆孔(2),水箱(1)的下面有与(2)相同的圆孔,两孔边通过圆环(7)连接相通,孔(2)的下面有一个大点的圆环(8)连接在水箱与外壳之间形成圆洞。圆洞内安装有保温盖板(3)结构成水箱。如图3、图4所示,由带耐火保温层的圆桶(15)的下部设有进风开关门(9),外面中部有手柄(11)的外壳内安装有上边有密集小孔(13),下口有炉桥(10)(16)的圆筒(12)构成的炉芯,(12)与(15)之间有一定空间(14),上口之间密封连接构成燃烧器。
需使用生物质燃料补充温度时,将保温盖板取下,再将燃烧器装入燃料点燃火后推入盖板孔内,等燃料燃尽后取下燃烧器再还原盖板即可。

  1. 一种生物质+太阳能热水器,由在太阳能热水器的水箱内安装柴火加热内胆及外挂接燃烧器或保温盖板结构而成,其特征是:由圆形水箱(1)内下部安装有两头密封的小半圆管(4)(6),小半圆管的一头上面连接相通有圆筒(5),另一头的下面有圆孔(2)并通过圆环(7)及大点的圆环(8)与外壳连接形成圆洞结构成的水箱和二次进风高效燃烧器或保温盖板组合的结构。
