技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料接口铝塑复合膜气体采样袋,既塑料接口经热压与铝塑复合膜熔合封口制成的气体采样袋。
背景技术
气体采样袋广泛用于石油化工、环保科研领域气体分析工作中气体样品采集和保存。目前使用的铝塑复合膜气体采样袋的接口是在膜上打孔,接口穿过膜,垫上橡胶密封片,采用螺纹紧固方式安装。其弊端是:1.铝塑复合膜开孔密封不严,容易造成气体泄漏。2.接口采用螺纹紧固,难以用机械操作,生产效率低。
发明内容
为了消除目前使用的铝塑复合膜气体采样袋的缺点,本实用新型提供一种铝塑复合膜气体采样袋,可以避免因铝塑复合膜开孔,而造成气体泄漏,并能提高生产效率。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:二片铝塑复合膜四边经塑料封口机热压封口成袋,封口边宽度为7MM,二个塑料接口分别位于袋两端的二片铝塑复合膜中间,经塑料封口机热压与铝塑复合膜熔合密封,形成整体。
该种气体采样袋的优点是:1.塑料接口与铝塑复合膜经过热压熔合密封,密封性能好,无泄漏。2.塑料接口与铝塑复合膜之间热压熔合密封,适于塑料封口机机械作业,提高生产效率。
该塑料接口铝塑料复合膜气体采样袋完全适用于气体分析工作中气体样品的采集和保存。

具体实施方式
如图所示,采用二片规格一致长方形铝塑复合膜(3),先将铝塑复合膜二长边用塑料封口机热压封口成筒,封口边宽度为7MM(4),塑料接口(A型)(1)与塑料接口(B型)(2)分别按放在筒两端,置于二片铝塑复合膜中间,经塑料封口机热压与铝塑复合膜熔合密封成袋。
使用该种铝塑复合膜气体采样袋时,先用软塑料管或橡胶管一端插在塑料接口(A型)上,另一端与采气设备连接,当充气结束时,把管从采气设备上取下,用弹簧夹将管夹紧密封。打开弹簧夹即可放气。当需要从袋中取气时,可以使用注射器、针头从塑料接口(B型)上的孔(6)刺穿硅胶垫(5)即可。

1.一种气体采样袋,由铝塑复合膜、塑料接口制成,其特征是:二片铝塑复合膜四边经热压封口成袋,二个塑料接口分别位于袋两端的二片铝塑复合膜中间,经热压与铝塑复合膜熔合密封。
