技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种聚酯复合检查井盖,主要用于安装在道路、公路以及其它机动或非机动车可能行驶或停放的地面上。
背景技术
目前,城市建设中电信、电力、燃气、热力、消防、环卫等公共设施所安装的检查井盖均为由铸铁、混凝土或再生树脂等制作。这些检查井盖存在易被盗、易锈蚀、韧性差、不耐用等缺陷,有的检查井盖还存在耐磨性差、易碎裂、承载低、更换维护不方便,给车辆及行人的安全带来巨大隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有检查井盖易被盗、易锈蚀、韧性差、荷载低、易碎裂和管理困难等不足,本实用新型提供一种聚脂复合检查井盖,该聚脂复合检查井盖不仅能够应用于铸铁、混凝土或再生树脂检查井盖使用的各种场所,同时还杜绝了铸铁检查井盖易被盗、易锈蚀和混凝土、再生树脂检查井盖用钢筋增强而易被盗、韧性差、承载低、易碎裂等缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:以玻璃纤维和玻纤毡为增强材料,以特制专用不饱和聚酯树脂为基本材料,以胶衣树脂、固化剂、促进剂和耐磨材料等为辅助材料,井盖底部设计为下垂式球冠形状,采用RTM、SMC、BMC分段制作及整体夹层复合浇铸成型工艺,使用专用设备和成型手段,将材料在阴模、阳模或对模上制成设计形状,然后施加一定外力,通过树脂浸透增强材料,再在特定温度下固化,最后脱模进行后期加工而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于原材料均为非金属材料,采用特定工艺加工,具有耐腐蚀寿命长、承载能力高、柔韧性强等特点,可代替铸铁检查井盖、混凝土检查井盖和其他非金属检查井盖应用的各种场合,具有防盗窃(被盗后无回收价值)、防坠落、防位移、防跳动、防噪音、防腐蚀和使用寿命长等优点,杜绝了市场上现有检查井盖的弊端。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
参照附图,本实用新型由井盖①与底座②组成。井盖①整体形状是上部为平面,表面由凸起的防滑纹③和有关文字、图形等组成,中部为上大下小锥台形,下部为下垂式球冠⑥形状。井盖①整体构成是:外表④由胶衣树脂表层,玻璃纤维和玻纤毡等增强材料、固化剂、促进剂、各种耐磨、耐候、改性助剂组成的结构层,内部⑤由特制专用聚酯树脂、非金属钢性材料、各种助剂等组成的增强层。底座②整体构成基本与井盖①整体构成雷同。
井盖①与底座②周边嵌合部位有防移位和减震装置。

1、一种聚酯复合检查井盖由井盖和底座组成,其特征是:井盖整体形状是上部为平面,表面由凸起的防滑纹和有关文字、图形等组成,中部为上大下小锥台形,下部为下垂式球冠形状,井盖整体构成是:外表由胶衣树脂表层,玻璃纤维和玻纤毡等增强材料、固化剂、促进剂、各种耐磨、耐候、改性助剂组成的结构层,内部由特制专用聚脂树脂、非金属钢性材料、各种助剂等组成的增强层。
2、根据权利要求1所属的聚酯复合检查井盖,其特征是:井盖与底座周边嵌合部位有防移位和减震装置。
