背景技术:
现有的盖板式升降路桩主要由盖板和桩柱构成,盖板包括有腔体,桩柱在盖板的腔体内,盖板装设在道路的出入口处,其上表面与路面等高,平时桩柱的顶端与盖板上表面高度相同,遇到突发事件,在动力系统作用下桩柱迅速升高,防止车辆通过。由于盖板式升降路桩装设在露天场所,桩柱与盖板腔体之间的缝隙中积有尘土,水也经常流入桩柱与盖板腔体之间的缝隙,对桩柱的升降造成很大影响。另外桩柱的稳定性较差。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是公开一种能够防水、防尘的的盖板式升降路桩,从而使桩柱能够自如地进行升降。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是在盖板的腔体上口处内壁开有环形凹槽,凹槽内装有橡胶密封圈,密封圈内径与桩柱外径相配合。由于盖板的腔体上口处有橡胶密封圈,能够有效地防止水、尘进入桩柱与盖板腔体之间的缝隙。
为了进一步提高桩柱升降的灵活性,在盖板腔体的内壁开有环形的导向槽,导向槽内装有导向柔性轴承。从而使桩柱的升降更加自如,有效地提高了桩柱的强度及抗冲击性,增强了桩柱的稳定性。
本实用新型能够有效地防止水、尘进入桩柱与盖板腔体之间的缝隙,使桩柱能够自如地进行升降,性能安全可靠,结构简单。
