Abstract

本新型揭示一种碎纸机用润滑包及预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，是将浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹于两片内层均设有防渗油膜的外包装内，四周外缘经一次封边(seal)后即形成类似护贝(laminating)的润滑包(lubricating pack)，将该润滑包送入碎纸机的入纸口并以进纸模式(auto)予以破碎，使碎纸机的切割刀片(cutting blades)于切割润滑包的过程中，因接触油纸所饱含的润滑油，达到润滑切割刀片以延长碎纸机使用寿命的目的；又为避免切割刀片于切割润滑包尾段时因挤压空气造成润滑油沿碎纸机入纸口向上喷出，可于前述四周外缘封边内侧作二次封边，并于外缘一次封边及内侧二次封边的间预设若干个排气孔。

技术领域
本新型涉及一种有关于碎纸机，尤其是指一种预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，使碎纸机的切割刀片能直接与润滑油接触而获得润滑效果，借以延长碎纸机的使用寿命。
背景技术
众所周知用以破碎纸张的碎纸机，其运作原理是以多数切割刀片(cutting blades)搭配间隔环(spacers)穿置在旋转刀轴(rotary shafts)上，利用马达及齿轮装置(motor and gear box)驱动该两支平行且相对旋转的刀轴对通过的纸张利用剪力使纸张被切割成细条状。而碎纸机依其机械切割模式不同，区分为直条式碎纸机(stripe-cut shredders)及粉碎式碎纸机(cross-cut shredders)两种，前者是将切割用刀片规格排列在旋转刀轮上将纸张纵向切割成长条状，后者的刀片上则具有一个以上的钩状刀刃，且刀片在旋转刀轮上是以螺旋状排列，使纸张不仅被纵向切割成条状，还被横向裁断成粉碎状纸片。
无论上述直条式碎纸机或粉碎式碎纸机，其切割刀片在长期金属对金属(metal-to-metal)的接触下，该切割刀片因应力集中及切割时所产生的高温，使切割刀片的切割效率递减，相对也使碎纸机的使用寿命减短。而经验证明定时对切割刀片提供润滑维护，将有效改善上述缺点。
美国发明专利第5,491,229号一种具有改良式润滑系统的碎纸机(papershredder with an improved lubrication system and method oflubricating)，及美国发明专利第5,186,398号一种对碎纸机提供润滑的方法及装置(method and apparatus for lubricating the cutting elements ofa shredding machine)，都是基于上述为延长碎纸机使用寿命，而对碎纸机的切割刀片提供润滑。然而，当检视该两项专利所提供的润滑方法及装置可知，虽然可以达到润滑切割刀片的目的，但复杂的机构不仅使碎纸机的制造成本高不可攀，更使得其商品化的可能性大幅降低。例如使用定时器(timer)、供油泵(oil pump)、供油管(manifold)等增加许多碎纸机的接口设备，使制造成本大幅提高。此外，其利用滴油(drip)方式对切割刀片进行润滑，对于滴油数量、速率及切割刀片的润滑均匀度，都必须精密控制，否则过犹不及不仅使润滑效果大打折扣，还可能因滴油数量过多造成火灾意外。
新型内容
本新型的主要目的是提供一种可预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，完全省略传统润滑系统的诸多机械设备以减少零件数量及组装人工，进而在不增加碎纸机制造成本的前提下，完成切割刀片的润滑工作。
本新型的另一目的是提供一种预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，完全抛弃传统润滑系统的滴油方式，使切割刀片不但润滑均匀，更无润滑油过犹不及的控制问题。
本新型的再一目的是提供一种预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，可普遍使用于任何品牌或任何型式的碎纸机。
为达成上述目的并解决公知技术的缺点，本新型揭示一种碎纸机用润滑包，是将浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹于两片内层均设有防渗油膜的外包装内，使外包装将浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹并将四周外缘封边形成润滑包，将该润滑包送入碎纸机的入纸口并以进纸模式(auto)予以破碎，使碎纸机的切割刀片(cutting blades)于切割润滑包的过程中，因接触油纸所饱含的润滑油，达到润滑切割刀片以延长碎纸机使用寿命的目的；又为避免切割刀片于切割润滑包尾段时因挤压空气造成润滑油沿碎纸机入纸口向上喷出，本新型揭示一种预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，是以浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹于两片外包装内，使外包装将浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹后分别于外包装四周外缘及内侧封边，并于外缘一次封边及内侧二次封边之间预设若干个排气孔。

具体实施方式
本新型的特点，可参阅本新型附图及实施例的详细说明而获得清楚地了解。
图1为本新型润滑包第一实施例的结构图，其中，浸湿润滑油的油纸1是包夹于两片内层均设有防渗油膜21的外包装2内，该外包装2的材质可为一般纸类或塑料薄膜。当外包装2及防渗油膜21将浸湿润滑油的油纸1包夹并对外包装2上的四周外缘封边即形成一次封边22和类似护贝的润滑包3。
如图2为本新型润滑包的实施例图，将该润滑包3送入碎纸机4的入纸口41并以进纸模式予以破碎，则碎纸机4的切割刀片42于切割油纸1的过程中，将直接与油纸1所饱含的润滑油接触，即达到润滑切割刀片42目的。
但上述实施例中，当碎纸机4的切割刀片42切割润滑包3至尾段时，可能因油纸1所含的润滑油并随残存在润滑包3内的空气同时被向上挤压至外包装2上端的一次封边22的上端封边瞬间破裂，而使润滑油随受压空气沿碎纸机4入纸口41向上喷出，造成使用者惊吓或危险。
为解决上述实施例可能发生的状况，请参阅图3本新型润滑包第二实施例的结构图，在本实施例中将上述四周外缘封边22内侧作二次封边23，并于外缘一次封边22及内侧二次封边23之间预设至少一个或若干个排气孔24，通过设置内侧二次封边23及排气孔24，使碎纸机4的切割刀片42于切割润滑包3的过程中，残存在润滑包3内的空气随时都可通过排气孔24向外排泄而不再受到持续挤压，则上述润滑油随受压空气沿碎纸机4入纸口41向上喷出的状况即可迎刃而解。
利用上述切割润滑包以达润滑效果的方式，不但对消费者十分便利，而且切割刀片能与润滑油均匀接触。又，本新型所提供的润滑包消费者可于一般商场购买后，仅需将其经由碎纸过程破碎后即达到润滑碎纸机切割刀片目的，因此，其适用性并不限定某一厂牌或特定型式的碎纸机。
本新型的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上，然而熟悉本项技术的人士仍可能基于本新型的揭示而作各种不背离本新型精神的替换及修饰。因此，本新型的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示，而应包括各种不背离本新型的替换及修饰，并为本新型权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (6)

1.一种碎纸机用润滑包，其特征在于：是以浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹于两片外包装内，使外包装将浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹并将四周外缘封边形成润滑包。
2.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机用润滑包，其特征在于：外包装内层设有防渗油膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机用润滑包，其特征在于：外包装的材质可为一般纸类或塑料薄膜。
4.一种预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，其特征在于：以浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹于两片外包装内，使外包装将浸湿润滑油的油纸包夹后分别于外包装四周外缘及内侧封边，并于外缘一次封边及内侧二次封边之间预设若干个排气孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，其特征在于：外包装内层设有防渗油膜。
6.如权利要求4所述的预设排气孔的碎纸机用润滑包，其特征在于：外包装的材质可为一般纸类或塑料薄膜。
