技术领域
本实用新型属于金刚石合成技术领域,特别涉及一种金刚石合成压机中使用的顶锤垫块配合结构。
背景技术
金刚石合成压机的最前端使用的硬质合金顶锤是受力最大的关键部件,顶锤所受的表面压强在一万MPA左右,而硬质合金材料的强度也就是三千多MPA,所以金刚石合成生产中顶锤的必然消耗是构成生产成本的主要因素之一,行业中一直在想尽一切办法降低锤耗。现有顶锤垫块配合结构中,顶锤后半部侧面均为倒锥面,与内表面呈正锥面的钢环配合,这样顶锤的直径向后变小,其内部的应力必然变大,加速了顶锤的损坏,即顶锤的疲劳强度下降。和顶锤后端接触的是小垫块,其材质选用高级优质合金钢,在使用过程中经常发生断裂,或者压塌现象,造成顶锤损坏,锤耗过高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种锤耗低、使用效果好的顶锤垫块配合结构。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:顶锤垫块配合结构,包括顶锤、垫块及环抱顶锤的钢环,顶锤后半部侧面为正锥面,钢环内表而与之相适配。
垫块采用整体垫块,其前部侧面与钢环后部内侧相适配,其前端面与顶锤后端面顶触,钢环后部通过固定销与垫块前部侧面固定联接。
本实用新型中,顶锤后半部设计成正锥面,即顶锤的直径向后变大,保证顶锤和垫块的紧密配合以及顶锤、垫块和钢环的紧密配合,钢环对顶锤有预紧力的抱紧作用;由于顶锤与垫块接触面增大,不会发生顶锤应力过份集中现象,顶锤疲劳强度增大,锤耗减小;使用大小合一垫块,应力分散性能更好,不易发生断裂,经久耐用;同时钢环长度减短,生产成本降低。本实用新型在使用过程中顶锤与钢环配合紧密,易于定位。

具体实施方式
顶锤垫块配合结构,包括顶锤1、垫块6及环抱顶锤1的钢环2,顶锤1后半部侧面7为正锥面,钢环2内表面与之相适配。垫块6采用整体垫块(外形与现有技术中大、小垫块叠放后外形类似),其前部侧面与钢环2后部内侧相适配,其前端面与顶锤1后端面顶触,钢环2后部通过固定销5与垫块6前部侧面固定联接。

1、顶锤垫块配合结构,包括顶锤、垫块及环抱顶锤的钢环,其特征在于,顶锤后半部侧面为正锥面,钢环内表面与之相适配。
2、如权利要求1所述的顶锤垫块配合结构,其特征在于,垫块采用整体垫块,其前部侧面与钢环后部内侧相适配,其前端面与顶锤后端面顶触,钢环后部通过固定销与垫块前部侧面固定联接。
