一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种激振电机,尤其是用于振动设备上的分体式激振电机。
二、背景技术:目前,市场上的激振电机都是激振源和机筒是一体的,这样这种结构的激振电机的机筒、电机轴、电机轴承均要承受激振力,严重影响了激振电机的使用寿命。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种激振源与机筒分离的激振电机,它解决了原来激振电机存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它由激振源、激振源壳体、地脚螺栓孔、轴承、激振源轴、偏心块、转子轴、定子、转子、机筒、转子轴轴承、挠性联轴器连接而成。激振源壳体上有电机安装地脚螺栓孔,激振源壳体用螺栓固定在机筒上,挠性联轴器将激振源轴与转子轴联结为一体,转子轴不承受激振力,可以延长电机的使用寿命,转子轴上有转子,定子镶嵌在机筒上,激振源轴用轴承支撑在激振源壳体上,偏心块镶嵌在激振源轴的两侧,转子轴用转子轴轴承进行支撑定位,定位效果好。

五、具体实施方式:在图1中,激振源壳体2上有电机安装地脚螺栓孔3;激振源壳体2用螺栓固定在机筒10上,挠性联轴器12将激振源轴5与转子轴7联结为一体,挠性联轴器12可传递激振源1产生的扭矩,转子轴7上有转子9,定子8镶嵌在电机机筒10上,激振源轴5用轴承4支撑在激振源壳体2上,偏心块6镶嵌在激振源轴5的两侧,转子轴7用转子轴轴承11进行支撑定位。

1、分体式激振电机是由激振源(1)、激振源壳体(2)、地脚螺栓孔(3)、轴承(4)、激振源轴(5)、偏心块(6)、转子轴(7)、定子(8)、转子(9)、机筒(10)、转子轴轴承(11)、挠性联轴器(12)连接而成,其特征是:激振源壳体(2)与机筒(10)为分体式,采用螺栓进行连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的分体式激振电机,其特征是:偏心块(6)安装在激振源轴(5)的两侧,激振源轴(5)通过轴承(4)支撑在激振源壳体(2)上,安装电机的地脚螺栓孔(3)位于激振源壳体(2)上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的分体式激振电机,其特征是:转子轴(7)通过转子轴轴承(11)支撑在电机的机筒(10)上,定子(8)镶嵌在电机机筒(10)上。
