Abstract
LED光源模组电路板，属于电子技术应用技术领域，将电路印制在电路板上，LED元件直接焊接在有印刷电路的电路板上，电路板上设有安装孔或电路板背面设有不干胶。使用时，可以将带有LED光源模组的电路板直接安装在任何材料表面上，或者通过电路板上的安装孔用螺丝固定在其它材料表面上，也可以通过电路板背面的不干胶固定在其它材料表面上，无需对电路板采取隔离措施，安装简便快捷。与传统的LED模组相比，本实用新型增加了光源的散射面积，提高了显示效果。本实用新型具有设计合理、结构简单、焊接牢固、安装方便的特点。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED光源模组电路板，属于电子技术应用技术领域。
二、背景技术
利用LED光源模组组成各种文字、图案，在数字显示屏幕、广告宣传中得到了广泛应用。但是，传统的安装方式是，将电路印制在电路板上，在电路板上预留出LED插接孔，然后将LED元件从电路板的另一面插入电路板，再将LED的管脚焊接在电路板上。传统的焊接方式存在的最大弊病是，LED元件在电路板的一个面上，而焊接点在电路板的另一个面上。安装时，由于另一面上有很多焊接点，无法保证电路板和安装电路板的墙面或板面之间紧密接触，容易造成安装不牢固或损坏焊接点。
三、发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种设计合理、结构简单、焊接牢固、安装方便的LED光源模组电路板。
一种LED光源模组电路板，将电路印制在电路板上，LED元件直接焊接在有印刷电路的电路板上。
所述的电路板上设有安装孔。
所述的电路板背面设有不干胶。
使用时，可以将带有LED光源模组的电路板直接安装在任何材料表面上，或者通过电路板上的安装孔用螺丝固定在其它材料表面上，也可以通过电路板背面的不干胶固定在其它材料表面上，无须对电路板采取隔离措施，安装简便快捷。与传统的LED模组相比，本实用新型增加了光源的散射面积，提高了显示效果。
本实用新型具有设计合理、结构简单、焊接牢固、安装方便的特点。

五、具体实施方式
实施例1：本实用新型的结构如图1所示，将电路印制在电路板上1，LED元件3直接焊接在有印刷电路2的电路板上1，电路板1上设有安装孔5。
实施例2：本实用新型的结构如图2所示，将电路印制在电路板上1，LED元件3直接焊接在有印刷电路2的电路板上1，电路板1背面设有不干胶。

1、一种LED光源模组电路板，其特征在于，将电路印制在电路板上，LED元件直接焊接在有印刷电路的电路板上。
2、如权利要求1所述的LED光源模组电路板，其特征在于，所述的电路板上设有安装孔。
3、如权利要求1所述的LED光源模组电路板，其特征在于，所述的电路板背面设有不干胶。
