本实用新型涉及各种材质,各种系列的平开,推拉门窗的与玻璃相搭接的框、扇型材。名称为:玻璃与型材之间的组合镶嵌密封。
背景技术
图1、是铝塑一体的平开窗扇,图2是推拉窗亮框。现用的各类平开,推拉门窗,其玻璃与框扇型材之间的密封方法,都是采用单一的镶嵌密封方式。用干性镶嵌(用胶条)密封,胶条得不到足够的压力,也就产生不了挤压玻璃的回弹力,密封效果不好。用湿性镶嵌(双面压敏胶条)密封,水密性差,门窗扇上要打排水孔,影响了门窗的密封效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型用组合镶嵌方式。干性镶嵌用在上面,阻挡雨水渗漏。湿性镶嵌在下面,既粘紧玻璃与型材,又已密封,同时又为干性镶嵌密封的胶条提供压力源泉,使密封效果更好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体技术方案是:把图1、图2上密封条安装槽上端边(2),和双面压敏胶条嵌板(5)向外探出;把胶条卡挡(4)向内缩,使密封条安装槽(3)靠里,加大密封条的容量,也使密封条多数隐蔽在密封条安装槽上端边(2)内,减缓胶条老化。当双面压敏胶条嵌板(5)和密封条安装槽(3)安装上密封条后,双面压敏胶条就能把玻璃粘紧实现密封,同时还能为安装在密封条安装槽(3)上的密封条提供足够的压力,让密封条安装槽(3)更有效发挥出密封功能,用(3)和(5)共同发挥密封功能,达到最佳的密封效果,以实现节能的目标。

1、一种玻璃与型材之间的组合镶嵌密封,各种材质,各种系列的平开,推拉门窗的与玻璃搭接的框扇型材,包括:(1)为基体,(2)为密封条安装槽上端边,(3)为密封条安装槽,(4)为胶条卡挡,(5)为双面压敏胶条嵌板;其特征是:胶条卡挡(4)向内缩,扩大胶条容量;密封条安装槽上端边(2)向前探,把胶条隐蔽于密封条安装槽上端边(2)内。
2、根据权力要求1所述的与玻璃搭接的框扇型材,其特征是:(5)、(3)安装上胶条后,(5)能把玻璃粘紧并能在密封的同时,给(3)上的胶条以足够的压力,使(3)上的胶条产生足够的回弹力,从而使密封效果更好。
3、根据权力要求1、2所述的与玻璃搭接的框、扇型材,其特征是:(3)、(5)属于组合镶嵌密封方式,除自身密封极好以外,还能使玻璃与型材的搭接量增加,整个门窗扇的强度增加了,抗风压能力也增加了。
