Fifth, detailed description of the invention
First, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the improved baseball bat of the present invention mainly includes: a bat body 10 and an elastic tube body 20; wherein,
the bat body 10 is a conical cylinder extending in a predetermined axial length, and as shown in fig. 2, a grip area 11 for being held by a human hand is arranged at a position with a smaller section of the front end of the long axis, and a hitting area 12 for hitting balls is arranged at a position with a larger section of the rear end of the long axis; the effective hitting wheelbase position of the hitting area 12 is radially recessed and contracted to form a central shaft part 13 with a circular diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the hitting area 12, as shown in fig. 1, and an annular accommodating space 14 with a predetermined depth S is also formed between the circumference of the central shaft part 13 and the outer diameter side of the hitting area 12; the depth S is optimally designed within a range of 3 to 20 mm; the axial front and rear ends of the annular accommodating space 14 and the adjacent positions of the outer circle diameter of the striking area 12 are respectively concavely provided with an annular shoulder 15 for abutting and limiting;
the elastic tube 20 is a hollow tube with a predetermined tube wall thickness 21, which can be made of composite fiber, such as glass fiber, metal plate or plastic material, for erecting the annular shoulder 15 fixedly connected to the front and rear ends of the annular receiving space 14 of the bat body 10, thereby providing the deformation resilience of the hitting ball around the radius; when the elastic tube 20 is made of glass fiber, the thickness 21 of the tube wall has the best deformation recovery tension within the range of 0.04-1 mm; when the elastic tube 20 is made of a metal plate, the thickness 21 of the tube wall has an optimal deformation recovery tension within a range of 0.5 to 1.6 mm; when the elastic tube 20 is made of plastic material, the thickness 21 of the tube wall has the best deformation recovery tension in the range of 0.8-2.5 mm.
With the above combination, the improved baseball bat of the present invention is formed, because the elastic tube 20 with the predetermined tube wall thickness 21 is assembled, the front and rear ends 20A in the axial direction are fixed on the annular shoulders 15 at the front and rear ends in the axial direction of the annular accommodating space 14 in cooperation with the strong adhesive, so that the middle section 20B except the front and rear ends 20A in the axial direction is in a suspended state, as shown in fig. 1, thereby maintaining a proper distance between the bottom side of the middle section 20B and the side of the central shaft 13; in addition, after the elastic tube 20 is fixed to the bat body 10, in order to enhance the beauty and the firmness of the bonding of the bat, as shown in fig. 3, a transparent adhesive film 22, which is moderately larger than the circumferential surface area of the elastic tube 20, may be annularly disposed and fixed on the outer diameter circumferential surface of the hitting area 12.
When the utility model is used for striking operation, referring to fig. 7 and 8 in combination with fig. 1, in the moment that the striking area 12 of the bat body 10 strikes the rapidly flying baseball ball 30, the impulsive force F of the high-speed flying ball of the ball 30 is greater than the tension of the suspension support in the middle section of the elastic tube 20, therefore, the middle section 20B at the moment of hitting is pushed to the bottom of the annular receiving space 14 by the downward deflection of the hitting point, i.e. the downward deflection of the middle section 20B of the elastic tube 20 reaches the central shaft 13 and is stopped, as shown in fig. 7, the whole process is that the ball 30 is not deformed like the existing product which can generate strong counter force resistance instantly, but like a soft buffer net to protect the ball 30 at the moment of impact, so as to minimize the deformation of the ball 30, and thus the impact force F of the high-speed flying ball 30 can be greatly retained.
As described above, the elastic tube 20, which is bent downward and reaches the final line immediately after the middle portion 20B, is restricted by the central shaft portion 13, as shown in fig. 8, so as to provide a proper delay operation at the moment of hitting the ball 30, and have high ball control performance and shock absorption function; on the other hand, since the impact force F of the high-speed flight ball 30 is greatly retained at the moment of the impact (only the direction of the impact force is converted), the impact force is increased by the combined action of the hitting power P of the player and the swing stroke force P, and the power of the impact can be greatly increased.
Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the present invention is also disclosed, which comprises a bat body 10 and an elastic tube 20, wherein the hitting area 12 of the bat body 10 is recessed and contracted to form an outer diameter of a central axis portion 13, and a plurality of elastic rings 16 are sleeved on the spaced axis portions, which can be symmetrically arranged on the left and right axial end sides, or arranged in a plurality of spaced arrangement manners, the elastic rings 16 are made of shock-absorbing material, so that the bottom side of the elastic tube 20 is in abutting contact with the plurality of elastic rings 16 to indirectly erect and fix the elastic rings in the annular accommodating space 14 of the bat body 10, and thus, the shock force of the hitting ball of the elastic tube 20 can be reduced by the plurality of elastic rings 16 arranged at intervals between the inner diameter of the hitting ball and the opposite side of the central axis portion 13, thereby obtaining a good shock-absorbing operation; in addition, the middle portion of the accommodating space 14 may also be provided with more elastic rings 16, as shown in fig. 5, so as to better increase the anti-stirring energy and the shock absorption effect.
Referring to fig. 6, it is another embodiment of the present invention, which also includes a bat body 10 and an elastic tube 20, wherein the bat body 10 and the elastic tube 20 are made of the same composite material fiber, such as glass fiber, to integrally form and combine the bat body 10 and the elastic tube 20, and the formed central shaft 13 axially forms a hollow tube shape having a predetermined thickness t, which needs to be greater than the tube wall thickness 21 of the elastic tube 20, and is preferably 2 mm; after the elastic tube body 20 is integrally formed, the depth S of the annular accommodating space 14 is optimally designed to be 1.2mm, so that the elastic tube body 20 combined integrally can obtain the optimal deformation recovery tension.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and all simple modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made by the technical spirit of the present invention to the above embodiments still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
