Abstract

一种叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置是由支撑杆、浮球固定环和连接孔等组成,浮球固定环是塑料注射在支撑杆上,支撑杆内孔有塞子,支撑杆与浮球固定环的连接处与有凹槽,浮球固定环包裹在凹槽外,减速箱有与支撑杆匹配的连接孔,减速箱与支撑杆匹配的连接孔制造成一体,减速箱与支撑杆通过连接孔用固定螺钉固定。

                      技术领域
本实用新型涉及增氧机,特别是涉及叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,属于渔业养殖机械。
                      背景技术
增氧机是水产养殖中对鱼虾有救生和助长的设备。现有的机械式增氧机主要有水车式、叶轮式和喷水式三大类型,其中叶轮式增氧机的使用最广,叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置是属于叶轮式增氧机的一个组成部份。通常的叶轮式增氧机的支撑杆的一端焊有法兰另一端焊有个铁皮制成的浮球固定环,焊接后易生锈且工艺复杂。
                      发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了设计一种叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,为了解决已有支撑装置的不足。提供一种不需焊接,制造简单的支撑装置。
本实用新型叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置的技术方案是:由浮球、支撑杆、浮球固定环、连接孔组成,其特征在于减速箱有与支撑杆匹配的连接孔,支撑杆装在连接孔内。浮球固定环是塑料注射在支撑杆上,支撑杆内孔有塞子,支撑杆与浮球固定环的连接处与有凹槽,浮球固定环包裹在凹槽外。
本实用新型叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,减速箱有与支撑杆匹配的连接孔,减速箱与支撑杆匹配的连接孔制造成一体,减速箱与支撑杆通过连接孔用固定螺钉固定。

                 具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,由支撑杆(4)、浮球固定环(2)和连接孔(7)等组成,减速箱(1)有与支撑杆(4)匹配的连接孔(7),支撑杆(4)装在连接孔(7)内。浮球固定环(2)是塑料注射在支撑杆(4)上,支撑杆(4)内孔有塞子(3),塞子可防止注塑时塑料进入管子内,支撑杆(4)与浮球固定环的连接处与有凹槽(6),浮球固定环(2)包裹在凹槽(6)外,凹槽能防止注塑的浮球固定环(2)与支撑杆(4)转动或滑脱。减速箱(1)有与支撑杆(4)匹配的连接孔(7),减速箱(1)与支撑杆(4)匹配的连接孔(7)制造成一体,减速箱(1)与支撑杆(4)通过连接孔(7)用固定螺钉(5)固定。

1.叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置主要由支撑杆(4)、浮球固定环(2)、连接孔(7)组成,其特征在于减速箱(1)有与支撑杆(4)匹配的连接孔(7),支撑杆(4)装在连接孔(7)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,其特征在于支撑杆(4)与浮球固定环(2)的连接处与有凹槽(6),浮球固定环包裹在凹槽(6)外。
3.如权利要求1所述的叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,其特征在于浮球固定环(2)是塑料压注在支撑杆(4)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,其特征在于减速箱(1)与支撑杆(4)匹配的连接孔(7)制造成一体。
5.如权利要求1所述的叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,其特征在于减速箱(1)与连接孔(7)有固定螺钉(5)。
6.如权利要求1所述的叶轮式增氧机的支撑装置,其特征在于支撑杆(4)内孔有塞子(3)。
