本实用新型公开了一种阳极焙烧炉烧嘴口结构,它包括阳极焙烧炉的墙体,墙体的外层为浇注料层,内层为耐火砖层,在墙体上设有烧嘴口,烧嘴口的上部为圆形的燃烧孔座,燃烧孔座下方为圆台形的腔体,圆台形腔体的下方为矩形孔。本实用新型的烧嘴口采用上圆下方的结构,折叠挡板的上部可以靠在烧嘴口下方矩形孔的边缘,将火道墙完全的堵住,密封效果更好。因此同现有技术相比,本实用新型具有结构简单、密封效果好等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种阳极焙烧炉上的阳极焙烧炉烧嘴口结构,属于阳极焙烧炉技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,阳极焙烧炉的目的是为电解槽提供合格的阳极,其火道上设计有多个烧嘴口,烧嘴口的作用较多,可以作为燃烧用的喷嘴口、排烟用的出烟口、冷却和鼓风用的进风口、测量用的仪表口等。阳极焙烧炉在排烟架前的操作都是采用负压操作,在设计时就要求焙烧炉上的开口越少越好,而每条火道都要求有4个烧嘴口,用来观察和调整炉子运行方向,在排烟时需要用排烟架将烧嘴口进行密封。现有的排烟架对烧嘴口进行密封的支管都是圆形结构,因此烧嘴口也是采用的圆形结构。排烟架在进行排烟时,后面的火道墙需要阻断空气,因此需要从火道墙上的烧嘴口插入一个折叠挡板并展开以阻断空气。现有的圆形烧嘴口底部为圆形,折叠挡板无法很好的进行密封,使用效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种密封效果好的阳极焙烧炉烧嘴口结构,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括阳极焙烧炉的墙体(1),墙体(1)的外层为浇注料层(3),内层为耐火砖层(4),在墙体(1)上设有烧嘴口,烧嘴口的上部为圆形的燃烧孔座(2),燃烧孔座(2)下方为圆台形的腔体(5),圆台形腔体(5)的下方为矩形孔(6);圆台形腔体(5)设置在浇注料层,矩形孔(6)设置在耐火砖层(4)。
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型的烧嘴口采用上圆下方的结构,折叠挡板的上部可以靠在烧嘴口下方矩形孔的边缘,将火道墙完全的堵住,密封效果更好。因此同现有技术相比,本实用新型具有结构简单、密封效果好等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:按照现有技术制作阳极焙烧炉的墙体1,墙体1的外层为浇注料层3,内层为耐火砖层4,在墙体1上制作出烧嘴口,如图1所示,烧嘴口的上部为圆形的燃烧孔座2,用来插入排烟架的支管,燃烧孔座2下方制作出圆台形的腔体5,圆台形腔体5设置在浇注料层,在圆台形腔体5的下方为矩形孔6,矩形孔6设置在耐火砖层4,矩形孔6的长和宽与耐火砖层4的耐火砖的长宽相同,制作时将位置预留出来即可,预留的矩形孔6要考虑折叠挡板7插入时刚好能抵上耐火砖层4的下沿,展开后两者基本重合。封闭火道墙的时候,使用一块可以收缩成一个长条的折叠挡板7插入燃烧孔座2,在阳极焙烧炉内展开,将折叠挡板7的底部放置在火道墙下方的横墙8上即可。

1.一种阳极焙烧炉烧嘴口结构,它包括阳极焙烧炉的墙体(1),墙体(1)的外层为浇注料层(3),内层为耐火砖层(4),其特征在于:在墙体(1)上设有烧嘴口,烧嘴口的上部为圆形的燃烧孔座(2),燃烧孔座(2)下方为圆台形的腔体(5),圆台形腔体(5)的下方为矩形孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳极焙烧炉烧嘴口结构,其特征在于:圆台形腔体(5)设置在浇注料层,矩形孔(6)设置在耐火砖层(4)。
