一种抗电磁干扰机箱,其包括一箱体,所述抗电磁干扰机箱的箱体设有一供线缆通过的金属线缆通道。相较现有技术,所述抗电磁干扰机箱通过箱体上可屏蔽电磁干扰的金属线缆通道,将USB线缆及音频线缆等电磁干扰源屏蔽,以减少电脑内部的电磁干扰。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种电脑机箱,特别是指一种抗电磁干扰(Electromagnetic Interference,EMI)电脑机箱。
【背景技术】
电磁干扰(EMI)是人们早就发现的电磁现象。所有电器和电子设备工作时都会有间歇或连续性电压电流变化,有时变化速率还相当快,这样会导致在不同频率内或一个频带间产生电磁能量,而相应的电路则会将这种能量发射到周围的环境中,这就是电磁波。一些电器、电子设备工作时所产生的电磁波,容易对周围的其他电气、电子设备形成电磁干扰,引发故障或者影响信号的传输。另外,过度的电磁干扰会形成电磁污染,危害人们的身体健康,破坏生态平衡。
EMI有两条途径离开或进入一个电路:辐射和传导。信号辐射是通过外壳的缝、槽、开孔或其他缺口泄漏出去;而信号传导则通过耦合到电源、信号和控制线上离开外壳,在开放的空间中自由辐射,从而产生干扰。
很多EMI抑制都采用外壳屏蔽和缝隙屏蔽结合的方式来实现,大多数时候下面这些简单原则可以有助于实现EMI屏蔽:从源头处降低干扰;通过屏蔽、过滤或接地将干扰产生电路隔离以及增强敏感电路的抗干扰能力等。
电脑机箱是电脑的一个重要组成部分,电脑的主机板、电源、显卡、硬盘及光驱等重要部件都集中在电脑机箱中。而电脑主机板等电子部件的集中不可避免的会在电脑机箱中产生EMI问题,主机板在布线及元件选择时均需考虑EMI问题。虽然设计人员在进行主机板的线路设计时已经充分考虑了EMI问题,但是随着电脑USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)接口及音频接口等前置于电脑面板的普遍使用,USB线缆及音频线缆等信号线缆在机箱内所引起的EMI问题又出现在了人们面前。
参照图1,是现有电脑机箱的内部结构示意图,一电脑机箱10,其箱体12内设有一主机板16,该主机板16上设有一USB插座162及一音频插座164,所述电脑机箱10的面板14上也设有一USB连接器142和一音频连接器144以方便用户使用,所述主机板16上的USB插座162和音频插座164分别通过USB线缆17和音频线缆18与所述面板14上的USB连接器142和音频连接器144连接。由于该USB线缆17和音频线缆18安装后靠近所述主机板16,在通过信号时即会对主机板16及电脑机箱10内其它电子装置产生电磁干扰,影响主机板16上的信号稳定性及完整性,影响电脑正常工作。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种抗电磁干扰机箱,以避免USB线缆及音频线缆等信号线缆在电脑内部产生电磁干扰。
一种抗电磁干扰机箱,其包括一箱体,所述抗电磁干扰机箱的箱体设有一供线缆通过的金属线缆通道。
相较现有技术,所述抗电磁干扰机箱通过箱体上可屏蔽电磁干扰的金属线缆通道,将USB线缆及音频线缆等电磁干扰源屏蔽,以减少电脑内部的电磁干扰。

【具体实施方式】
下面参照附图结合实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
参照图2,是本实用新型较佳实施方式的抗电磁干扰机箱的内部结构示意图,所述抗电磁干扰机箱20包括一箱体22,所述箱体22包括一面板24及一底板25,所述箱体22内设有一主机板26,所述主机板26上设有一USB插座262及一音频插座264,所述面板24上设有一USB连接器242及一音频连接器244,所述主机板26上的USB插座262通过一USB线缆27与所述面板24上的USB连接器242电性连接,所述主机板26上的音频插座264通过一音频线缆28与所述面板24上的音频连接器244电性连接。所述箱体22的底板25的边缘弯折形成一金属线缆通道222,所述USB线缆27与所述音频线缆28均设于所述金属线缆通道222中,其中所述金属线缆通道222也可为一独立之金属管,焊接于所述抗电磁干扰机箱20的底板25上,所述金属线缆通道222也可依所述USB线缆27与所述音频线缆28的走向设于所述箱体22的其它位置。
参考图3,本较佳实施方式中所述金属线缆通道222的截面为封闭圆形,但所述金属线缆通道222的截面形状不限于此,也可设计为截面为三角形、矩形、开口圆形等形状。
所述抗电磁干扰机箱20通过设于箱体22边缘上可屏蔽电磁干扰的金属线缆通道222,将USB线缆27及音频线缆28等电磁干扰源屏蔽,减少了电脑机箱内部对主机板的电磁干扰,可使电脑主机板上传输的信号不受电磁干扰,保证电脑正常工作。

1.一种抗电磁干扰机箱,其包括一箱体,其特征在于:所述抗电磁干扰机箱的箱体设有一供线缆通过的金属线缆通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗电磁干扰机箱,其特征在于:所述金属线缆通道为所述抗电磁干扰机箱的箱体之一板体边缘弯折形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗电磁干扰机箱,其特征在于:所述金属线缆通道为一独立金属管。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗电磁干扰机箱,其特征在于:所述金属线缆通道的截面为封闭圆形。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗电磁干扰机箱,其特征在于:所述金属线缆通道的截面为三角形。
6.如权利要求1所述的抗电磁干扰机箱,其特征在于:所述金属线缆通道的截面为矩形。
7.如权利要求1所述的抗电磁干扰机箱,其特征在于:所述金属线缆通道的截面为开口圆形。
