技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种炉盖砖,特别是一种碳素焙烧炉炉盖用砖。
背景技术:
密闭式炭素焙烧炉所使用的炉盖为一弧形结构,面积较大,约6000×5000。在生产中频繁移动使用。炉盖要满足在1300℃温度下的正常使用,要求具有较好的整体性、抗震性、密闭性,以保证焙烧炉生产的正常运行。
根据其生产工艺的要求,炉盖内表面为弧形结构,既要保证烟气在炉内流动顺畅,又要满足烟气在炉内的均匀分布,还要解决炉盖砌体在高温状态下膨胀及炉盖整体强度的问题。
目前所用的炉盖砖由于结构形状不合理,经常发生掉砖及坍塌的现象,严重影响了生产的正常进行。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种带有错台的炉盖弧形面的砌筑砖,以克服现有技术的问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括砖体(1),砖体(1)的两侧有错台(2)。
在错台(2)的根部为圆弧倒角(2)。
由于采用上述结构,砖砖之间层层错台咬砌,形成一个弧面相互咬合的炉盖砌体,加强了炉盖砖之间的咬合强度,使炉盖砖在生产使用中有效的解决易发生掉砖及坍塌的现象。提高了炉盖的整体性、抗震性和密闭性,保证了生产工艺的要求。

本实用新型的实施例:用耐火轻质材料做成砖体(1),砖体(1)的两侧做成错台(2),在错台(2)的根部做成圆弧倒角(2)。
