技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种理疗系统,具体地说是包括与电脑配套使用的本地理疗、远程理疗、专家咨询、理疗数据保存和效果分析于一体的理疗系统。
背景技术:
随着科技进步与生活水平的提高,电脑已成为城市家庭的通用电器,成为各类行业的基本设备。而网络的普及,更使20%的城市人口平均每天两小时面对电脑,一些行业的从业人员,每天使用电脑更是长达十几个小时。但是越来越多的人在长时间使用电脑时,开始出现疲惫等症状,电脑综合症患者日益增多的现象开始困扰人们。现有技术中的理疗设备,无论是在电源还是在控制电路上都是独立部件,与电脑之间没有任何软硬件上的关联,没有充分利用电脑本身的软硬件资源,突出体现在体积大、使用不便、功能单一上。现有技术中的理疗设备,在开发完成后,就内置了部分处方,使用者仅仅能够选择使用,不能根据自己的病症量身定制,使得效果不尽人意。由于使用者普遍缺乏专业知识,仅仅能够从处方的简单描述中判断是否合适,缺乏专业的医疗指导,不能对症下药,甚至造成更大的伤害。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种理疗系统,以中医经络理论为基础,采用生理、病理学理论及现代电子仿真技术,调制信号通过理疗电极对人体产生作用,使人体自身相关肌群产生有规律的运动,达到推拿手法外力作用下的相同治疗效果,对于颈椎病、肩周炎、腰肌劳损、筋膜炎、关节疼痛等软组织疾病有着良好的治疗和缓解症状的作用。长期伏案、弯腰及某些固定体位工作的人群,经常使用能够缓解局部肌肉疲劳,改善局部肌肉组织营养状况,可预防劳损、骨质增生等职业病的发生。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:该理疗系统包括通过互联网连接负责向用户提供理疗手段和收集理疗过程数据的理疗终端机,负责保存用户资料、整理和发布处方库的理疗中心服务器,负责向用户提供一种与专业人员交互的手段、实现个性化理疗过程的远程理疗客户终端装置组成。
客户终端装置包括个人计算机、电脑理疗仪和理疗电极;个人计算机与互联网连接,电脑理疗仪通过USB接口与个人计算机连接,理疗电极通过导线与电脑理疗仪连接。由计算机根据医疗需要,判断穴位、模式和强度,再通过电极作用于人体,使用者在治疗的全过程中会有推、拿、按、挤、拨、敲、滚动、振颤等多种感觉,正是这种多变才使人体病变部位不易产生适应性,而在一定频率范围内,人体组织的阻抗与频率成反比,所以中频电流比低频电流更能到达人体组织深部,并且皮肤感觉舒适。
电脑理疗仪包含USB接口电路、脉冲形成电路、脉冲放大电路、脉冲输出电路、穴位探测电路、电源电路、保护电路。USB接口电路的低频、中频输出端分别接脉冲形成电路的两路信号输入端,脉冲形成电路的输出端接脉冲放大电路的信号输入端,脉冲放大电路的输出端通过保护电路接入脉冲输出电路信号输入端,脉冲输出电路的输出端接理疗电极,电源电路分别接USB接口电路、脉冲形成电路、脉冲放大电路、脉冲输出电路、穴位探测电路为其提供电源;穴位探测电路的输出端接找穴电笔。USB接口电路将处方指令翻译成多路方波,通过电压控制端口、中频控制端口、低频调制控制端口输出;脉冲形成电路将处方转变成适当低频调制的中频电流,中频电流的幅度随低频电流的幅度发生变化。低频调制波形有方波、正弦波、锯齿波、斜波;低频调制频率范围1~150Hz。中频电流频率在1KHz~100KHz之间;脉冲放大电路将脉冲波放大到合适治疗的电压和电流,脉冲放大电路可采用电感升压电路,根据脉冲在电压控制端口输出一定脉宽、频率的方波;脉冲输出电路:当输出电压超过人体承受值,稳压二极管导通,将电流旁路,避免人体受到伤害;穴位探测电路:根据人体穴位特点,其穴位电阻较周围皮肤电阻低,当探头探测到其穴位时,探头两端电阻变低,发出穴位讯号;电源电路一般从USB接口获得直流电,如果存在外置电源,则通过外置电源电路向脉冲放大电路供电,以提供更大的电子脉冲和更好的理疗效果;保护电路:防止电压由于治疗电极接触不良或开路所出现的电击,这个电路是在输出没有负载的情况下,超过一定时间,自动停止。
本实用新型设置USB信号接口,该信号接口通过导线连接有与电脑USB接口形成配套的USB接口插头。电脑USB接口具有电源输出和数据传输的功能。本专利利用电脑USB接口的四根输出线,其中两根为电源输出,为理疗仪供电,另两根为数据通讯线,为理疗仪与电脑之间的数据传输提供通道。将中低频电脉冲治疗手段通过USB接口与电脑组合在一起,充分利用了电脑的软硬件资源,降低了理疗仪本身的成本,减小了其体积,在使用上更为方便,适应电脑使用者的特殊保健需要。
USB接口电路为USB总线转接芯片;脉冲形成电路由模拟乘法器及外围电阻组成;脉冲放大电路由开关三极管、电感、电阻、二极管和电容组成的升压电路和一对功率三极管及外围电阻组成推挽电路构成;脉冲输出电路由多路转换器构成;穴位探测电路由串并接在电源与地之间的电阻及找穴电笔构成的分压电路和三极管与基极、集电极电阻构成的直流电压放大器组成;保护电路由集电极接在USB总线转接芯片上的三极管和采压二极管及基极限流电阻构成。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型用于保健理疗,其有益效果体现在:(1)电脑理疗仪本身体积小,携带方便;(2)一般情况下不需要外部电源,减少生产和使用成本;(3)功能强大,并且方便下载处方;(4)界面友好,不需要记忆各种处方的功能;(5)加入了专家远程咨询,能为用户提供个性化理疗;(6)用户个性化使用,允许一台计算机上为全家人保留保存病症和理疗过程;(7)保存病症和理疗过程,方便专家分析和改进。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,该理疗系统包括通过互联网连接的理疗终端机,理疗中心服务器,远程理疗客户终端装置。理疗终端机负责向用户提供理疗手段和收集理疗过程数据,理疗中心服务器负责保存用户资料、整理和发布处方库,远程理疗客户终端装置负责向用户提供一种与专业人员交互的手段,实现个性化理疗过程。
参照图2,电脑理疗仪包含USB接口电路2.2.1、脉冲形成电路2.2.2、脉冲放大电路2.2.3、脉冲输出电路2.2.4、穴位探测电路2.2.5、电源电路2.2.6、保护电路2.2.7,USB接口电路2.2.1的低频、中频输出端分别接脉冲形成电路2.2.2的两路信号输入端,脉冲形成电路2.2.2的输出端接脉冲放大电路2.2.3的信号输入端,脉冲放大电路2.2.3的输出端通过保护电路2.2.7接入脉冲输出电路2.2.4信号输入端,脉冲输出电路2.2.4的输出端接理疗电极或者按摩电机等理疗执行元件,电源电路2.2.6分别接USB接口电路2.2.1、脉冲形成电路2.2.2、脉冲放大电路2.2.3、脉冲输出电路2.2.4、穴位探测电路2.2.5,电源电路一般从USB接口获得直流电,另外设置外接电源插口,也可以通过外置电源电路向脉冲放大电路供电,以提供更大的电子脉冲;穴位探测电路2.2.5的输出端接找穴电笔。
参照图3,USB接口电路2.2.1为USB总线转接芯片IC1,选用CH341,通过USB总线提供异步串口、打印口、并口以及常用的2线和4线等同步串行接口;在并口方式下,CH341提供了EPP方式或MEM方式及BUS扩展方式的8位并行接口,用于在不需要单片机/DSP/MCU的环境下,直接输入输出数据。它支持三种接口方式:EPP方式和MEM方式及BUS扩展方式:(1)EPP方式提供AS#、DS#、WR#等信号,类似于EPP V1.7或EPP V1.9;(2)MEM方式提供A0、RD#、WR#等信号,类似于存储器读写方式;(3)BUS扩展方式提供ALE、RD#、WR#等信号,类似MEM方式但提供更多的地址线。脉冲形成电路2.2.2由模拟乘法器IC3及外围电阻构成,选用AD834,AD834是美国ADI公司推出的宽频宽、四象限、高性能的模拟乘法器,功能是输出等于两个输入信号的乘积,实现中频和低频信号的调制;它有三个差分信号端口:电压输入端口X=X1-X2和Y=Y1-Y2,电流输出端口W=W1-W2,W=4XY,限流电阻R31、R32、R41、R42,同时将电压降至模拟输入范围内。USB接口电路2.2.1的±低频输出端接脉冲形成电路2.2.2的±VX输入端,±中频输出端接脉冲形成电路2.2.2的±VY输入端,脉冲形成电路2.2.2的±输出端接脉冲放大电路2.2.3的±输入端,脉冲放大电路2.2.3由开关三极管Q1、电感L1、电阻R1、二极管D1和电容C1组成的升压电路构成,根据脉冲在电压控制端口输出一定脉宽、频率的方波,用来使Q1处于开关状态,电源通过L1,Q1,D1,C1,组成的升压电路,在电容C1两端就产生了比电源高几倍的电压,不用一直输出信号,让其保持升压,只需在输出那一瞬间前升压,停止输出后,升压电路停止,如果要加强强度,只要加宽电压控制端口输出信号的时间,比如,第一档,信号输出1MS,第二档输出2MS,那么第二档就比第一档强度要强得多了,当然强度变化不要太大,只能一点点加强,否则人体会难以忍受;脉冲输出电路2.2.4由多路转换器IC2构成,选用MA329,将一组两路输出切换到4组8路输出,模拟开关和多路转换器的作用主要是用于信号的切换,脉冲放大电路2.2.3的±输出端接脉冲输出电路IC2的±输入端,脉冲输出电路IC2的输出端接理疗电极;穴位探测电路2.2.5由串并接在电源与地之间的电阻R21、R12、RP1、R23及找穴电笔构成的分压电路和三极管VT与基极、集电极电阻R25、R24构成的直流电压放大器组成,根据人体穴位特点,其穴位电阻较周围皮肤电阻低,当探头探测到其穴位时,探头两端电阻变低,此时的分压值较高,VT导通,使VT集电极的电位变低,发出穴位讯号;反之,不是穴位时,由于电阻值较高,与RP1中点电阻值较大,VT基极电压较低,VT处于截止状态,VT的集电极为高电平;保护电路2.2.7由集电极接在USB总线转接芯片IC1上的三极管Q6和采压二极管D3、D4及基极限流电阻R10构成,防止由于治疗电极接触不良或开路时所出现的电击,这个电路是在输出没有负载的情况下,没有电流流经D3,D4,其上面没有压降,Q6没有基极电压,处于截止状态,输出感应端口得到高电平,当高电平时间超过设定时间,表示没有负载自动停止;如果有负载时,有电流流过D3、D4,Q6有基极电压,处于导通状态,输出感应端口得到低电平,表示有负载。
根据本装置的设计原理,可以在以下几个方面修改:(1)增加理疗电路的数量,或者增加内部电路的数量,如脉冲形成电路2.2.2、脉冲放大电路2.2.3、脉冲输出电路2.2.4,达到驱动更多电极、提高理疗效果的目的;(2)移植客户端软件到其它平台,例如IPTV机顶盒,VCD/DVD机,实现更多种方式;(3)更换其它接口方式,如IEE1394、串口、并口、红外线,扩大其它主机的选择范围;(4)更换其它接口IC,驱动更多位I/O,驱动更多电极,提高理疗效果;(5)更换其它联网方式,例如无线局域网,达到扩大使用范围的目的。另外,可增加驱动电极种类,例如按摩马达、超声波换能器、红外/远红外辐射源、微波辐射源,以达到扩大理疗范围的目的。

Claims (4)

1、一种理疗系统,其特征在于:包括通过互联网连接负责向用户提供理疗手段和收集理疗过程数据的理疗终端机,负责保存用户资料、整理和发布处方库的理疗中心服务器,负责向用户提供一种与专业人员交互的手段、实现个性化理疗过程的远程理疗客户终端装置组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的理疗系统,其特征在于:客户终端装置包括个人计算机、电脑理疗仪和理疗电极;个人计算机与互联网连接,电脑理疗仪通过USB接口与个人计算机连接,理疗电极通过导线与电脑理疗仪连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的理疗系统,其特征在于:电脑理疗仪包含USB接口电路(2.2.1)、脉冲形成电路(2.2.2)、脉冲放大电路(2.2.3)、脉冲输出电路(2.2.4)、穴位探测电路(2.2.5)、电源电路(2.2.6)、保护电路(2.2.7),USB接口电路(2.2.1)的低频、中频输出端分别接脉冲形成电路(2.2.2)的两路信号输入端,脉冲形成电路(2.2.2)的输出端接脉冲放大电路(2.2.3)的信号输入端,脉冲放大电路(2.2.3)的输出端通过保护电路(2.2.7)接入脉冲输出电路(2.2.4)信号输入端,脉冲输出电路(2.2.4)的输出端接理疗电极,电源电路(2.2.6)分别接USB接口电路(2.2.1)、脉冲形成电路(2.2.2)、脉冲放大电路(2.2.3)、脉冲输出电路(2.2.4)、穴位探测电路(2.2.5);穴位探测电路(2.2.5)的输出端接找穴电笔。
4、根据权利要求3所述的理疗系统,其特征在于:USB接口电路为USB总线转接芯片(IC1);脉冲形成电路(2.2.2)由模拟乘法器IC3及外围电阻构成;脉冲放大电路(2.2.3)由开关三极管(Q1)、电感(L1)、电阻(R1)、二极管(D1)和电容(C1)组成的升压电路和一对功率三极管(Q4、Q5)构成;脉冲输出电路(2.2.4)由多路转换器(IC2)构成;穴位探测电路(2.2.5)由串并接在电源与地之间的电阻及找穴电笔构成的分压电路和三极管(VT)与基极、集电极电阻构成的直流电压放大器组成;保护电路(2.2.7)由集电极接在USB总线转接芯片(IC1)上的三极管(Q6)和采压二极管(D3、D4)及基极限流电阻(R10)构成。
