本实用新型涉及一种煤气发生炉中的水夹套。
背景技术:
煤化工行业或城市集中供应煤气所使用的煤气发生炉,是利用煤炭燃烧与饱和水蒸气发生反应来制备煤气的,水夹套是煤气发生炉的主要部件、煤炭在其内部燃烧。目前的水夹套由上环形封头、下环形封头、内筒体、外筒体、进水管、出水管等构成,内筒体与外筒体之间形成水腔并充满循环水,煤炭在内筒体中燃烧,水腔的作用是防止煤炭在高温下粘接内壁并防止内壁烧坏。在实际使用中,水由进水管进入水腔中,吸收热能后由出水管排出,这种方式造成水夹套内壁周围边沿的温度较低,致使水夹套燃烧段周围边沿的煤炭燃烧的不够充分,炉渣中含炭量较高,能源浪费严重,炉子产气率也较低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种煤炭燃烧充分、产气率高的水夹套。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型包括:上环形封头、下环形封头、内筒体、外筒体、进水管、出水管、排污管,内筒体与外筒体之间形成水腔,在内筒体的外壁间隔固定设置有圆环状空气保温腔,空气保温腔由槽形圆环带与内筒体密闭合围而成。这样,在使用中,水由进水管进入水腔中,煤炭在内筒体的内部燃烧,由于空气保温腔的作用,空气保温腔的区域温度高,内筒体内壁周围的煤炭在缓慢下降时,就会在保温腔的高温区充分燃烧;而没有设置空气保温腔的区域起到降温作用,防止粘接内壁并防止内壁烧坏,具有煤炭燃烧充分、产气率高、节约煤炭等特点。

具体实施方式:
由图1、图2可知,本实用新型包括:上环形封头1、下环形封头7、内筒体4、外筒体3、进水管6、出水管2、排污管8,内筒体4与外筒体3为圆筒状且相互套在一起,上环形封头1分别与内筒体4和外筒体3的上部密闭连接,下环形封头7分别与内筒体4和外筒体3的下部密闭连接,内筒体4与外筒体3之间形成水腔11,进水管6位于水腔下部,出水管2位于水腔上部。在内筒体4的外壁间隔固定设置有圆环状空气保温腔10,空气保温腔10由槽形圆环带5与内筒体4密闭合围而成。上下空气保温腔10之间采用连通管9相互连通,上面的空气保温腔由大气连接管12与大气连通,以便在受热时使空气保温腔10始终处于常压状态。排污管8用于排掉水腔中形成的水垢。上环形封头、下环形封头、内筒体、外筒体、槽形圆环带均采用耐高温、耐腐蚀金属材质加工制成。本实用新型的规格大小可根据煤气发生炉的规格制成系列产品。

1、一种水夹套,包括:上环形封头(1)、下环形封头(7)、内筒体(4)、外筒体(3)、进水管(6)、出水管(2)、排污管(8),内筒体(4)与外筒体(3)之间形成水腔(11),其特征是在内筒体(4)的外壁间隔固定设置有圆环状空气保温腔(10),空气保温腔(10)由槽形圆环带(5)与内筒体(4)密闭合围而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水夹套,其特征是上下空气保温腔(10)之间采用连通管(9)相互连通,上面的空气保温腔由大气连接管(12)与大气连通。
