技术背景:
目前,带式输送机上的托辊,每组有三个托辊,一个中间托辊和二个侧托辊,每个托辊都是独立的固定在各自的支撑板上,在每个托辊上有二个轴承,由于轴承加油困难,常因缺油损坏轴承,同时托辊也容易与支撑板脱开,影响输送机的运转,加大了维护量及维护费用,提高了运输成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型为了克服背景技术的缺点,提出一种软轴托辊组,使每只托辊组省掉四个支撑板、四个轴承及轴承套。
本实用新型的中间托辊与两个侧托辊之间采用软轴连接,在软轴两端固定有圆锥形锁芯,与圆锥形锁芯相吻合的锁套固定在圆环板上,锁套的中心孔为圆锥形,其锥度与锁芯的锥度相同。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,其优点:制造成本低;运转维护量小;使用寿命长;运输成本低。

具体实施方式:
中间托辊7的两端焊接有圆环板4,两个侧托辊1,一端装有轴承及轴2,另一端焊接有圆环板4,在圆环板中间的孔上固定有锁套5,锁套5的中心孔为圆锥形,小孔端在外,大孔端在托辊里面,软轴3采用钢丝绳,在钢丝绳的两端固定有锁芯6,锁芯6为圆锥形,其锥度与锁套5的中心孔锥度相同,使锁芯6与锁套5吻合,当钢丝绳3受力时,锁芯6挤压锁套5的内壁,钢丝绳3的拉力越大,锁芯6与锁套5挤压越紧,钢丝绳与托辊的连接越牢固。

1、一种软轴托辊组,由中间托辊(7)、侧托辊(1)组成,其特征在于:中间托辊(7)与侧托辊(1)之间用软轴(3)连接,在软轴(3)两端固定有锁芯(6),在圆环板(4)上固定有锁套(5)与锁芯(6)吻合连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的软轴托辊组,其特征在于:锁芯(6)为圆锥形,锁套(5)的中心孔为圆锥形,其锥度与锁芯(6)的锥度相同。
