Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种健身玩具剑，属于健身器材。由软质材料制成的剑身、护手和剑柄分别穿有通孔，一根直杆穿过通孔将剑身、护手和剑柄串接在一起，直杆的两端分别通过紧固件紧固住。由于在剑身和剑柄内有直杆的支撑，使软质材料制成的剑身和剑柄达到了一定的硬度，不易损坏，从而实现可用重量轻、成本低、无伤害力的软质材料制作健身玩具剑。本实用新型的健身玩具剑所产生的有益效果是：成本低、重量轻、寿命长、拆装方便，不会对人身造成伤害，安全性高，尤其适于老年人和儿童使用。

本实用新型涉及一种健身用具，具体地说是一种健身玩具剑。
背景技术
随着经济的发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，健康越来越受到人们的重视。武术在中国有着悠久的历史，是一种非常好的健身方式，深得人们喜爱。武术运动中剑是一种常用的器材，目前的健身玩具剑一般由金属等硬质材料制成，其成本高，重量大，不利于老年人和孩子使用，并且硬质材料的健身玩具剑容易伤到人，在儿童使用时尤其如此，因此安全性不高。如果改用软质材料制作健身玩具剑，又由于软质材料韧度不够，容易损坏，降低健身玩具剑的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、重量轻、安全性好的健身玩具剑。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由软质材料制成的剑身、护手和剑柄分别穿有通孔，一根直杆穿过通孔将剑身、护手和剑柄串接在一起，直杆的两端分别通过紧固件紧固住。
所述的紧固件为PP塑胶窝钉，所说的PP塑胶窝钉穿过PP塑胶封底件与直杆相连。
所述的剑身前端设有封嘴条将剑身前端的孔封堵住。
由于在剑身和剑柄内有直杆的支撑，使软质材料制成的剑身和剑柄达到了一定的硬度，不易损坏，从而实现可用重量轻、成本低、无伤害力的软质材料制作健身玩具剑。
本实用新型的健身玩具剑所产生的有益效果是：成本低、重量轻、寿命长、拆装方便，不会对人身造成伤害，安全性高，尤其适于老年人和儿童使用。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示的本实用新型的健身玩具剑的一种实施方式，它由软质材料制成的剑身4、护手3和剑柄2组成，剑身4、护手3和剑柄2通过直杆5相连，如附图2所示的结构示意图，剑身4、护手3和剑柄2分别穿有通孔，直杆5穿在该通孔中将剑身4、护手3和剑柄2连接在一起，直杆5的两端别设有PP塑胶窝钉1，PP塑胶窝钉1穿过PP塑胶封底6与直杆5相连，剑身4的前端设有封嘴条7将剑身4前端的孔封堵住，以增加健身玩具剑的美观度。所说的软质材料可以是PE发泡材料、EVA发泡材料或其它具有类似物理性质的材料。
由于直杆5的支撑，剑身4和剑柄2都达到了一定的韧度，不易损坏，而软质材料制成的剑身4又不会对人体造成伤害，因此安全可靠。需要时还可以方便的将剑身4、护手3和剑柄2拆开和重新组装，其使用十分方便。

Claims (3)

1、健身玩具剑，包括剑身、护手和剑柄，其特征在于由软质材料制成的剑身、护手和剑柄分别穿有通孔，一根直杆穿过通孔将剑身、护手和剑柄串接在一起，直杆的两端分别通过紧固件紧固住。
2、根据权利要求1所述的健身玩具剑，其特征在于所述的紧固件为PP塑胶窝钉，所说的PP塑胶窝钉穿过PP塑胶封底件与直杆相连。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的健身玩具剑，其特征在于所述的剑身前端设有封嘴条将剑身前端的孔封堵住。
