一种新型试管架，由上层(1)、第二层(2)、第三层(3)和底层(4)组成，第三层的孔径(5)为未封闭的瓣膜样结构，可托住试管，如按压试管则可穿透进入底层。未吸样的试管放置在第三层上，吸样后将其按入底层，这样吸样前后试管高度不同，操作者一目了然可确定下一个吸血管位置，依次操作，可避免了标本间的混乱，也消除了检验人员在吸样时担心拿错标本的思想顾虑。

技术领域  本实用新型属于医疗器械领域，具体地说是一种防止实验人员吸错样本的试管架。
背景技术  目前国内外用于放置血标本的试管架一般为3层，当放置血标本试管较多时，由于吸样前、后的试管之间无明显标志，实验者在吸取血样时很容易重复吸样或错吸标本，张冠李戴，造成错误结果，引起医疗纠纷。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的就是为了解了上述不足，提供一种能够使实验者一目了然，避免重复吸样和错吸标本的新型试管架。
本实用新型的技术方案是：试管架为四层，其特征在于：在现有试管架上增添一层即第三层，且此层的试管孔设置为未封闭的瓣膜样孔。
本实用新型具有如下优点：血标本试管放在此试管架上，吸样前试管均放在第三层上，吸完样本后的试管按入底层，这样吸样前和吸样后的试管高度不同，界限一目了然，操作者可按次序依次吸取血样，避免了错吸血样引起的实验结果张冠李戴，降低了医疗事故。

具体实施方式  本实用新型试管架由上层(1)、第二层(2)、第三层(3)和底层(4)组成。第三层的孔径(5)为未封闭的瓣膜样结构，材料可为橡胶或弹性较好的塑料，可托住试管，如按压试管则可穿透进入底层，吸样前试管均放在第三层上，吸样后的试管就按入底层，这样吸样的和未吸样的试管高度不同，操作者一目了然，可依次吸取血样。
