一种新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，由摩托车头盔壳体1、护巴2组成，其中在护巴2内两端上分别有由定位螺丝9、10固定置有的推手座3，在推手座3上滑动装有推手扣4，推手扣4由定位螺丝8固装在推手5上，在壳体1两端的护耳下部上固定装有插扣7。采用了本实用新型所说结构的头盔护巴紧固装置，结构简单，当把护巴从头盔壳体顶拉下时，组合头盔护巴紧固装置自动锁紧护巴，这个头盔和全盔的结构一样，不会松动；在机车行进中，如果车手感觉气温高想把护巴打开形成半盔使用时，可以只要单手按着推手5把护巴2向壳体1方向推开，护巴就可以打开推至头盔壳体顶了，使用方便。

一种新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，涉及摩托车头盔安全装置的改进。
背景技术
目前市场上琳琳种种的摩托车头盔，只有单一的全盔或者是单一的半盔，而护巴在单一的全盔中是与壳体固定相连的，不可能是分开的；但是如果作为半盔，则是没有护巴这个结构的。对于组合头盔，由于人们既可以把护巴推至头盔壳体顶，作为天气气温高时的半盔使用，也可以在天气气温低时把护巴拉下作为全盔使用，因此当组合头盔作为全盔使用时，护巴是否可以固定在壳体上、不会上下移动，是影响摩托车手的视线和安全的关键问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，结构简单，当把组合头盔作为全盔使用时，只需把护巴从头盔壳体顶部拉下，组合头盔护巴紧固装置即可以自动推合将护巴锁紧在壳体下部；当需要把头盔作为半盔使用时，只要单手按压护巴上的按钮推开紧固装置，就可将护巴打开推至头盔壳体顶部，使用方便。
本实用新型所说的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，由摩托车头盔壳体1、护巴2组成，其中在护巴2内两端上分别有由定位螺丝9、10固定置有的推手座3，在推手座3上滑动装有推手扣4，推手扣4由定位螺丝8固装在推手5上，在壳体1两端的护耳下部上固定装有插扣7。
采用了本实用新型所说结构的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，结构简单，当把护巴从头盔壳体顶拉下时，新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置自动锁紧护巴，扣合后的头盔和市面上全盔的结构一样，整体不会松动；在机车行进中，如果车手感觉气温高想把护巴打开形成半盔使用时，可以只要单手按着按钮推手5把护巴2向壳体1方向推开，护巴就可以打开推至头盔壳体顶了，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详述本实用新型所说的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置的整体结构：
如图1所示，本实用新型所说的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，由摩托车头盔壳体1、护巴2组成，其中在护巴2内两端上分别有由定位螺丝9、10固定置有的推手座3，在推手座3上滑动装有推手扣4，推手扣4由定位螺丝8固装在推手5上，在壳体1两端的护耳下部上固定装有插扣7。
如2图所示，在本实用新型所说的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置中的护巴2上，推手扣4与推手座3的滑动连接处装有一个用于控制开关的弹簧6。
如图3所示，是本实用新型所说的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置连接示意图，其中安装在护巴2上的推手座3，固定了装在推手5上的推手扣4的滑动位置，在把组合头盔作为全盔使用时，与壳体1连接的推手5的推手扣4从推手座3上向前滑动，由于控制开关的弹簧6的作用，使推手扣4插入到壳体1的插扣7中，使护巴2固定装在壳体1上。
如图4所示，由于在推手座3的上下端都各设有一个圆形连接孔11，因此通过定位螺丝9、10可以把推手座3固定在护巴2上，在推手座3的侧边置有一个用于固定弹簧8的定柱12，同时用于作为推手扣4的滑动限位槽。
如图5、图6所示，推手扣4与推手座3滑动的部位是一个半圆柱状的凹槽13，用于控制开关的弹簧6置于凹槽13中，定位螺丝8通过推手扣4的圆形连接孔14固装在推手5上。

1、一种新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，由摩托车头盔壳体(1)、护巴(2)组成，其特征在于在护巴(2)内两端上分别有由定位螺丝(9)、(10)固定置有推手座(3)，在推手座(3)上滑动装有推手扣(4)，推手扣(4)由定位螺丝(8)固装在推手(5)上，在壳体(1)两端的护耳下部上固定装有插扣(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所说的新型组合头盔护巴紧固装置，其特征在于在所说的推手座(3)的上下端都各设有一个圆形连接孔(11)，定位螺丝(9)、(10)通过圆形连接孔(11)把推手座(3)固定在护巴(2)上，在推手座(3)的侧边置有一个用于固定弹簧(6)的定柱(12)，同时用于作为推手扣(4)的滑动限位槽，推手扣(4)与推手座(3)的滑动连接处装有一个用于控制开关的弹簧(6)，推手扣(4)与推手座(3)滑动的部位是一个半圆柱状的凹槽(13)，用于控制开关的弹簧(6)置于凹槽(13)中，定位螺丝(8)通过推手扣(4)的圆形连接孔(14)固装在推手(5)上，安装在护巴(2)上的推手座(3)，固定了装在推手(5)上的推手扣(4)的滑动位置。
