技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种磨煤喷粉机上所使用的、能使喷出的煤粉运动轨迹发生涡旋变化的装置,特别是一种涡旋发生器。
背景技术
目前在水泥生产过程中,采用的物料烘干系统有多种,常用且较为实用的一种热烟气产生系统,该系统包括磨煤喷粉机、火焰发生装置和混合燃烧炉。磨煤喷粉机将煤粉带着一定量的空气喷入火焰发生装置,煤粉在该装置中得到预热、点火、初步燃烧,并向前运动经出口以火焰的形式喷出,喷出的着火煤粉进入混合燃烧炉进一步燃烧,燃烧所需的空气由混合燃烧炉从炉外进入。根据不同烘干工艺对热烟气温度的要求,可通过调节磨煤喷粉机的喷煤量和混合燃烧炉从炉外空气的进入量,来达到所需的不同烟气温度和烟气量。在实际使用过程中,由于国内磨煤喷粉机的结构采用板锤式,所以产生的煤粉不可能达到快速燃烧对煤粉的细度要求(0.08mm方孔筛),另一方面,由于煤粉从磨煤喷粉机的喷粉管直接喷出,喷出的煤粉流不能充分扩散,使中间层缺氧、煤粉不能全部燃烧,造成浪费、增加生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种涡旋发生器,它能够使磨煤喷粉机从喷粉管喷出的煤粉流与空气充分混合,提高煤粉的燃烬率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括圆钢管、圆钢和四块螺旋叶片,四块螺旋叶片按同一旋向使其一端均布在圆钢的周围、另一端设置在圆钢管的内壁上,螺旋叶片与圆钢的轴向成45°。
当上述发生器安装在磨煤喷粉机喷粉管的出口且位于火焰发生器的进煤粉口时,从喷粉管喷出的煤粉经过该发生器后,煤粉进入火焰发生器的运动轨迹由直线变为沿火焰发生器内壁轴向45°角螺旋线方向运动,这样煤粉得到充分扩散、与空气得到充分的混合,使煤粉燃烧充分,延长煤粉的燃烧时间,提高了煤粉的燃烬率。

具体实施方式
图1和图2中,涡旋发生器由圆钢3、圆钢管1和四块螺旋叶片2组成。四块螺旋叶片2按同一旋向,使它的一端均布设置在圆钢3的周围,该端可通过焊接使其固定在圆钢3的周表面上。螺旋叶片2的另一端设置在圆钢管1的内壁上,该端也可通过焊接使其固定在圆钢管1的内壁上。螺旋叶片2的旋向与圆钢3的轴向成45°。涡旋发生器在使用时,通常安装在磨煤喷粉机喷粉管的出口和火焰发生器的进煤粉口之间。工作时,从磨煤喷粉机的喷粉管喷出的煤粉经过涡旋发生器后,再喷进火焰发生器进煤粉口进入其内部,煤粉的运动轨迹由直线变为沿火焰发生器内壁轴向45°角螺旋线方向运动,煤粉得到充分扩散、与空气得到充分的混合,与现有技术相比,克服了煤粉流中心缺氧的状况,煤粉着火容易、燃烧充分、升温快,煤粉燃烬率高,节能效果显著。
