本实用新型涉及一种锅炉富氧燃油枪,包括枪体、雾化介质导管及燃油导管,其特征在于:它还设有富氧导管。所述燃油导管置入雾化介质导管内,所述燃油导管内放置富氧导管,雾化介质导管、燃油导管、富氧导管分别设有相对应的进出口,所述燃油导管出口处设有喷油孔,所述雾化介质导管出口设有雾化通道,喷油孔与雾化通道相连通。这种结构的燃油枪的特点:由于氧气从富氧导管通入,使油枪喷口的氧气浓度提高,易引燃,更有利于提高燃烧强度及火焰温度,从喷油孔喷出的燃油由雾化介质冲击雾化,雾化效果好,且枪体体积小、拆卸方便。

                         技术领域
本实用新型属于一种燃油装置,具体地属于电站煤粉锅炉点火助燃用的油枪。
                         背景技术
目前电站主要以煤粉作为燃料,煤粉无法直接点火燃烧,需使用油枪来进行点火,由于我国有些地区的煤层较差,挥发成份少,因此需设有油枪作为助燃火源,才能稳定燃烧,已有电站煤粉锅炉用的油枪枪体比较大,结构比较复杂,引燃速度慢,维修拆卸不方便,其最大的缺点就是费油,而且燃烧情况也不理想。
                         发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种体积小、易引燃、拆卸方便、节约燃油的富氧燃油枪。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下的技术方案:一种锅炉富氧燃油枪,包括枪体、雾化介质导管及燃油导管,其特征在于:它还设有富氧导管。
所述燃油导管置入雾化介质导管内,所述燃油导管内放置富氧导管,雾化介质导管、燃油导管、富氧导管分别设有相对应的进出口,所述燃油导管出口处设有喷油孔,所述雾化介质导管出口设有雾化通道,喷油孔与雾化通道相连通。
所述的雾化通道向枪体中心聚拢。
这种结构的燃油枪的特点:由于氧气从富氧导管通入,使油枪喷口的氧气浓度提高,易引燃,更有利于提高燃烧强度及火焰温度,从喷油孔喷出的燃油由雾化介质冲击雾化,雾化效果好,且枪体体积小、拆卸方便。

参见图1,本实用新型,包括枪体1、雾化介质导管2及燃油导管3,燃油导管3置入雾化介质导管2内,与现有的燃油枪相比,本实用新型最大的区别在于:它还设有富氧导管4。该富氧导管4放置在燃油导管3内,从该富氧导管4可通入氧气,雾化介质导管2、燃油导管3、富氧导管4分别设有相对应的进出口;燃油导管3出口处设有喷油孔5,雾化介质导管2出口设有雾化通道6,喷油孔5与雾化通道6相连通,雾化通道6向枪体1中心聚拢。
燃油进入燃油导管3从喷油孔5喷出至雾化通道6,被从雾化介质导管2引入的气流击碎后雾化,在油枪喷口处与经富氧导管4通入的氧气相遇,使其氧气浓度提高,易引燃,更有利于提高燃烧强度及火焰温度。
本燃油枪用于电站煤粉锅炉分级燃烧器的引燃能量来源,其结构简单,制造成本低,适合在电站锅炉中应用和推广。

2、如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉富氧燃油枪,其特征在于:所述燃油导管(3)置入雾化介质导管(2)内,所述燃油导管(3)内放置富氧导管(4),雾化介质导管(2)、燃油导管(3)、富氧导管(4)分别设有相对应的进出口;所述燃油导管(3)出口处设有喷油孔(5),所述雾化介质导管(2)出口设有雾化通道(6),喷油孔(5)与雾化通道(6)相连通。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种锅炉富氧燃油枪,其特征在于:所述的雾化通道(6)向枪体(1)中心聚拢。
