技术领域
一种旋转式标签涉及零售业、超市等商业领域，具体涉及一种用于瓶类商品的电子物品监视(EAS)防盗标签，特别是涉及对锁紧部件、锁芯装置等结构的改进。
背景技术
瓶类(特别是酒瓶或其它饮料瓶)商品在把EAS标志固定在瓶子上通常采用钢丝式固定器或塑带式固定器固定在瓶类凹槽处，其存在的缺点是其仅把EAS标志固定在瓶子上而不能防止瓶盖被非法开启；中国专利申请号96197733.7提出的一种具整体的EAS标志瓶帽，由片材制成，其抗破坏性差且为一次性使用，必然造成成本高，目前已有的酒瓶扣，锁紧时要求拉动捆绑带及弹簧，开锁时还要人工施压，且使酒瓶偏向酒瓶扣内腔一侧；因此需要发明一种防非法开启、可重复使用、操作方便、结构合理的旋转式标签。
发明内容
本实用新型对锁紧部件、锁芯装置等结构进行改进，提供一种能防止瓶盖被非法开启、可重复回收使用、操作简便、结构合理的旋转式标签。
本实用新型解决其问题的技术方案是：顶罩、上盖、底盖及护套一体构成旋转式标签的壳体结构；顶罩、底盖上均设有沟槽，捆绑带两端卡在沟槽内；上盖上设有一孔，孔内由里往外依次设有齿柱、柱形弹簧及导向柱；顶罩内顶部设有EAS标志组件；
作为优选，顶罩开口端外侧设有一段齿，该齿具有方向性，同时齿柱塑件端亦设有齿，此齿与顶罩上的齿配套使用；由于采用了方向性的齿，使得顶罩只能朝锁紧方向旋转，避免了反旋；
作为优选，上盖壳体侧面设有一孔，孔内设有一小凸台，对应齿柱塑件端靠齿侧设一小凹台，小凸台与小凹台刚好配合，从而保证了齿柱安装的方向；
作为优选，顶罩内的EAS系统由小盖及EAS标志构成，小盖设有两钩柱，两柱之间的距离略小于EAS标志直径，便于EAS标志紧卡在小盖上；
因此，本实用新型具有结构合理、防非法开启、操作方便等特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例：
将EAS标志3固定在小盖4上，组成EAS系统，将印有客户要求的标识纸片2置于顶罩内，有字一面朝上，压入EAS系统至顶罩顶部；将两捆绑带9一端的扣卡在顶罩1的沟槽内，将上盖5与顶罩1套装，保证顶罩1上的齿与上盖5侧面的孔对应；在上盖5侧面孔内依次安装齿柱6、柱形弹簧7及导向柱8，孔内凸台与齿柱6塑件端凹台对应装配，同时保证顶罩1上的齿与齿柱6上的齿啮合；将两捆绑带9另一端的扣卡在底盖10的沟槽内，将底盖10与上盖5压合，以使两捆绑带组成近似圆环状；最后将护套11与底盖10压牢，便组成了一个旋转式标签，送往超声波焊机上焊接，使顶罩1、小盖4、上盖5、底10及护套11焊成一体。
将开锁状态的旋转式标签自护套端套在瓶颈上，旋动顶罩，以使捆绑带紧紧抱住瓶颈，这样便用此标签有效地防止了瓶内物被盗；当该瓶需要被打开时需使用专门开锁器方可开锁，避免了被非法开启，如被强行带出指定区域，在出口处EAS系统即被识别，发出报警声。被开锁的旋转式标签又恢复到待用状态，以便多次使用。
本实用新型可广泛用于瓶类包装的商品上。
最后，应当指出，以上实施例仅是本实用新型较有代表性的例子。显然，本实用新型不限于上述实施例，还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均应认为属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (12)

1.一种旋转式标签，包括EAS标志组件、锁芯装置、顶罩(1)、上盖(5)、捆绑带(9)、底盖(10)及护套(11)构成；其特征在于EAS标志组件由EAS标志(3)和小盖(4)构成，锁芯装置由齿柱(6)、柱形弹簧(7)及导向柱(8)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于顶罩(1)开口端设有一段齿及两个沟槽，底盖(10)上设有两个沟槽，沟槽外段宽里段窄，外段宽度略大于捆绑带扣的直径，里段宽度小于捆绑带扣的直径，大于捆绑带直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于小盖(4)内表面设有两钩柱，两钩柱之间的距离略小于EAS标志直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于上盖(5)内壁上设有两对挡卡，其壳体侧面设有一孔，孔内设有一小凸台。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于捆绑带(9)两端均设有扣。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于护套(11)有一定长度和合适的口径。
7.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于齿柱(6)由塑件与铁柱一体构成，塑件端设有齿，靠齿侧设一小凹台。
8.根据权利要求1、2和4所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于顶罩(1)设有沟槽凸起与上盖(5)设有两对挡卡。
9.根据权利要求1、2和5所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于顶罩(1)上齿端旋转弧长基本与捆绑带(9)收缩量相当。
10.根据权利要求1、2和8所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于顶罩(1)上的齿与齿柱(6)塑件端的齿可啮合。
11.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于顶罩(1)内顶面与锁紧装置之间设有标识片(2)。
12.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式标签，其特征在于顶罩(1)、小盖(4)、上盖(5)、底盖(10)及护套(11)可合成一体。
