一种平板集热器边框,主要应用于平板太阳热水器技术领域,为克服现有集热器边框与与支架安装烦琐、制造工艺复杂且难于与现代建筑协调安装等缺点;在槽形型材集热器边框上设计出相关的技术特征,槽形型材内的上隔片悬空端向中心处有一个折边、下隔片悬空前端向中心处微向内翘起,左内下角处有一个梯型槽。制造一次成型、安装简便快捷且与现代建筑外观相融合使用。本实用新型构思新颖、设计巧妙、简单实用。

本实用新型涉及一种平板集热器边框,主要应用于平板太阳热水器技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,现在各种品牌的太阳热水器无论从外观上,还是内存质量上竞争日趋剧烈。制作平板太阳集热器边框使用的材料一般是板料冲压成型或槽形铝合金型材。这些材料做成的集热器边框与支架安装烦琐、制造工艺复杂且难于与现代建筑协调安装等缺点。虽然对其表面作一些特殊处理,但在使用过程中也掩盖不了它固有特性的缺陷。
发明内容
为克服现有平板集热器边框与支架安装烦琐、制造工艺复杂且难于与现代建筑协调安装等缺点。本实用新型提出了一种一次成型、安装简便且与建筑融合为一体的平板集热器边框,不仅有效地解决集热器边框与支架安装烦琐、制造工艺复杂等缺点,而且还能与现代建筑融合为一体等优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
在槽形型材的基础上,增加两个隔片,上隔片悬空端向中心处有一个折边、下隔片悬空前端向中心处微向内翘起;在槽形型材左内下角处设计出一个梯型槽。
本发明的有益效果是,集热器装配时,分散各组装部件周边的垂直受力,各组装部件的受力集中在边框上,边框内的隔热层不易移位,集热器与支架安装简便快捷。

具体实施方式:
在图2所示实施例中:
集热器装配时,集热器边框中由上至下分别组装的部件是:玻璃盖板、集热芯片、隔热层及集热器背板。隔热层是柔性体,因集热器边框上下隔片的结构特点,镶嵌在上下隔片之间的隔热层不易移位且不会影响集热芯片的集热效果,用与梯型槽相配的固定件梭入其中将集热器稳固在支架上即可。

1、一种平板集热器边框,主要由槽形型材、上下隔片及一个梯型槽三部分组成,其特征是:槽形型材内的上隔片悬空端向中心处有一个折边、下隔片悬空前端向中心处微向内翘起,左内下角处有一个梯型槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种平板集热器边框,其特征是:左内下角处的梯型槽也可以是燕尾槽。
