Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，其在振动装置的壳体的前后侧板的内侧面贴设吸音层，通过吸音层的吸音，大大减弱了噪音，且左、右侧板分别贯穿开设有复数个小孔，可减弱箱体的共鸣。

本实用新型涉及一种振动装置，尤其是砌块成型机振动装置的壳体。
背景技术
在砌块生产中，为了保证生产出的砌块具有足够的强度及合格的外形尺寸，在压头压入模箱时，通过振动台下面的主振动装置激振，使物料具有类似流体的性质，在模箱内高频振荡因而易于填充模具的空间并达到一定的密实度，以达到提高产品质量的目的。
现有的砌块机振动装置包括两根偏心轴和分别设于两根偏心轴上的相同重量的偏心块，两根偏心轴之间连接设有同步齿轮，偏心轴、偏心块和同步齿轮都置于一固定于振动台下侧面的四方形箱体内，两根偏心轴的一端分别穿出此箱体，由两个同型号的轴向柱塞泵分别通过皮带带动进行反向转动，带动两根偏心轴上的偏心块作同步反向旋转，从而产生振动，这种结构的振动装置，振动时噪音很大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，其可降低砌块机振动装置的噪音。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，呈四方形箱体，此箱体的内侧面贴设有吸音层。
上述吸音层贴设于上述箱体的前、后侧板的内侧面，上述箱体的左、右侧板分别贯穿开设有复数个小孔。
上述吸音层为吸音棉。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型在振动装置的壳体的前后侧板的内侧面贴设吸音层，通过吸音层的吸音，大大减弱了噪音，且左、右侧板分别贯穿开设有复数个小孔，可减弱箱体的共鸣。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，如图1、2、3所示，呈四方形箱体状，箱体1的前侧板11开设有两个供动力轴穿出的通孔4。箱体1的前、后侧板11、12的内侧面分别贴设有由吸音棉制成的吸音层2、3，箱体1的左、右侧板13、14分别贯穿开设有复数个小孔5。

1、一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，呈四方形箱体，其特征在于：此箱体的内侧面贴设有吸音层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，其特征在于：上述吸音层贴设于上述箱体的前、后侧板的内侧面，上述箱体的左、右侧板分别贯穿开设有复数个小孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种砌块机振动装置的壳体，其特征在于：上述吸音层为吸音棉。
