本实用新型公开了单向活瓣肺减容支架,该支架由镍钛记忆合金或不锈钢丝编织成网状支架(1),支架(1)全程覆膜(2),在支架(1)顶端设半圆穹膜(3),半圆穹膜(3)上设多个单向活瓣(4)。本实用新型还可以在支架(1)上设半球形凹膜(5),半球形凹膜(5)上设线状裂隙(6)。使用时,借助纤维支气管镜和X线介入技术将支架置入,活瓣或裂隙供气流单向通过。本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,避免外科手术的较大创伤及各种并发症,有较好的应用前景。

背景技术
肺气肿是一种常见病,尤其在老年人发病率较高,临床表现为进行性发展的不逆气流受限,终末细支气管和肺泡的过渡膨胀导致肺大泡、气胸等并发症危及生命。目前肺气肿的发病人数多,死亡率高,社会经济负担重,已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。临床上采取肺减容术,即使近端空气不能进入远端终末细支气管的肺泡,而远端空气弥散到肺毛细血管循环中,因而引起肺萎陷,即所谓“内科切除”死腔肺组织,从而达到肺减容目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种单向活瓣肺减容支架,这种单向活瓣支架治疗肺气肿等病变,与外科肺减容术达到同样治疗效果,还可避免外科手术引起的各种并发症,减少死亡率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该支架由镍钛记忆合金或不锈钢丝编织成网状支架,支架全程覆膜,在支架顶端设半圆穹膜,半圆穹膜上设多个单向活瓣。
本实用新型还可以在支架上设半球形凹膜,半球形凹膜上设线状裂隙。
使用时,借助纤维支气管镜和X线介入技术将支架置入,活瓣或裂隙供气流单向通过。
本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,避免外科手术的较大创伤及各种并发症,有较好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,该支架由镍钛记忆合金或不锈钢丝编织成网状支架1,支架1全程覆膜2,在支架1顶端设半圆穹膜3,半圆穹膜3上设2-12个单向活瓣4。
由镍钛记忆合金丝编织成网状支架,直径5-10mm,长度6-15mm,支架全程覆膜,顶端为半圆穹膜,半圆穹膜上有2至12个瓣式活瓣,瓣膜阻挡气流由半圆穹膜的凸面通过,但不阻挡气流由半圆穹膜的凹面进放。
如图3、4所示,本实用新型还可以在支架1上设半球形凹膜5,半球形凹膜5上设线状裂隙6。
支架同上,远端覆膜呈半球形向近端凹陷,正中有一线状裂隙,供气流由远端向近端单方向通过。

1.单向活瓣肺减容支架,其特征在于:该支架由镍钛记忆合金或不锈钢丝编织成网状支架(1),支架(1)全程覆膜(2),在支架(1)顶端设半圆穹膜(3),半圆穹膜(3)上设多个单向活瓣(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向活瓣肺减容支架,其特征在于:在支架(1)上设半球形凹膜(5),半球形凹膜(5)上设线状裂隙(6)。
