Abstract
一种脱硫装置非金属补偿器，包括柔性伸缩管和两端的金属框架，伸缩管外层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维布，胶面朝外，里层为氟橡胶玻璃纤维布，胶面朝里；氟橡胶玻璃纤维布的一侧有不锈钢丝网。本实用新型用于火力发电厂燃煤锅炉硫化床排放系统的脱硫装置，起到补偿位移、吸振降噪的作用，由于氟橡胶玻纤布能有效抵抗硫化物的腐蚀，不锈钢丝网增强了抗压能力，因此该补偿器使用寿命长，为现有非金属补偿器的4～8倍，能保证系统正常运行，提高经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种非金属补偿器，特别是用于电厂脱硫装置的防腐耐压非金属补偿器。
背景技术
火力发电厂中喷粉燃煤锅炉硫化床排放系统的脱硫装置中设备与设备、设备与管道、管道与管道之间产生热胀冷缩，一般采用非金属补偿器来吸收补偿位移和吸收振动，降低噪音。目前所用非金属补偿器主要由柔性伸缩管和金属框架构成，伸缩管采用胶面朝外的硅橡胶玻璃纤维布，虽然能防止大气气候腐蚀，但不能承受硫化床排放系统排放出的烟气、粉尘中硫化物的强烈腐蚀，而且耐压能力也不够，因此，使用寿命短，影响系统的正常工作和经济效益。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防硫化物腐蚀能力强、耐压性能好、使用寿命长的脱硫装置非金属补偿器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：脱硫装置非金属补偿器，主要由柔性伸缩管和与其两端密封连接的金属框架构成，伸缩管外层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维布，胶面朝外，改进之处是伸缩管里层为氟橡胶玻璃纤维布，胶面朝里，氟橡胶玻璃纤维布的一侧有不锈钢丝网。
上述不锈钢丝网设在氟橡胶玻璃纤维布的外侧，或者是里侧。氟橡胶玻璃纤维布厚1.2～3.0mm。
由于在补偿器伸缩管的里层增加氟橡胶玻璃纤维布，且胶面朝里，能有效抵抗烟气、粉尘中硫化物的腐蚀，且耐温性能提高，使补偿器的防腐能力成倍增加；同时在氟橡胶玻纤布的一侧设有不锈钢丝网，当管内为正压时，不锈钢丝网设在氟橡胶玻纤布的外侧，当管内为负压时，则设有里侧，能有效防止氟橡胶玻纤布在高压下的过度变形，从而提高补偿器的耐压能力，承受压力可达100KPa。由于耐腐蚀和耐压能力的提高，使得本实用新型在脱硫装置中，使用寿命为现有非金属补偿器的4～8倍。

具体实施方式
参阅附图，本实用新型主要由金属框架和柔性伸缩管构成。本实施例中，金属框架即为钢质法兰1，内层涂氟，安装时用螺栓连接；金属框架也可为钢质接管，安装时焊接。柔性伸缩管外层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维布2，胶面朝外，里层为厚2mm的氟橡胶玻璃纤维布3，胶面朝里，当管内为正压时，氟橡胶玻纤布3的外侧设有不锈钢丝网4(图1)，当管内为负压时，氟橡胶玻纤布3的里侧设有不锈钢丝网4(图2)。柔性伸缩管两端分别用螺栓与金属框架密封连接。

1、一种脱硫装置非金属补偿器，主要由柔性伸缩管和与其两端密封连接的金属框架构成，伸缩管外层为硅橡胶玻璃纤维布，胶面朝外，其特征是伸缩管里层为氟橡胶玻璃纤维布，胶面朝里，氟橡胶玻璃纤维布的一侧有不锈钢丝网。
2、按权利要求1所述的脱硫装置非金属补偿器，其特征是不锈钢丝网设在氟橡胶玻璃纤维布的外侧。
3、按权利要求1所述的脱硫装置非金属补偿器，其特征是不锈钢丝网设在氟橡胶玻璃纤维布的里侧。
4、按权利要求1所述的脱硫装置非金属补偿器，其特征是氟橡胶玻璃纤维布厚1.2～3.0mm。
