Abstract

一种按键装置,是装设于一电子装置的盖体,其包括一弹片及一按键,该盖体设有一装设孔及一对折片,该按键包括一穿过该装设孔的按压部,该弹片的前端压制于该按键而将其装设于该盖体,该弹片的后端为一装设片,该装设片是装设于该对折片所围成的收容空间内。本实用新型按键装置的安装过程无需热融,且按键固定稳定不易脱落。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种按键装置,特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的按键装置。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑底座的盖体上通常设有一休眠按键,该休眠按键受到向下的压力时,可触动笔记本电脑显示器的休眠开关,达到省电目的。该休眠按键通常是经一弹片压制装设于该盖体,该弹片的一端压制于该按键,另一端则以热熔的方式固定于该盖体。该盖体内侧设有若干凸柱,该弹片对应每一凸柱设有一通孔,将这些凸柱穿入对应通孔并熔融,即可将该弹片的另一端固定于该盖体。但以此种方式固定弹片,必须使用热熔工具,且要控制熔融温度、时间,步骤繁琐不易操作,固定效果也不稳定。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种安装方便的按键装置。
一种按键装置,是装设于一电子装置的盖体,其包括一弹片及一按键,该盖体设有一装设孔及一对折片,该按键包括一穿过该装设孔的按压部,该弹片的前端压制于该按键而将其装设于该盖体,该弹片的后端为一装设片,该装设片是装设于该对折片所围成的收容空间内。
相较现有技术,所述按键装置的安装过程无需热融,且按键固定稳定不易脱落。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1,为本实用新型按键装置的较佳实施方式,其包括一弹片10及一按键30,用于将该按键30装设于一笔记本电脑底座的盖体50。
该弹片10的前端略呈阶梯状弯折,设有一装设口11,后端为一装设片13。
该按键30包括一按压部31、一压制部33及一触动部35,其中该弹片10的装设口11是套设于该触动部35而压制于该压制部33。
该盖体50对应该按键30的按压部31设有一装设孔51,对应该弹片10后端的装设片13设有一对“L”形折片53。其中,该装设孔51的横截面积小于该压制部33。
请继续参阅图2和图3,安装时,将按键30的触动部35装入该弹片10的装设口11,之后将该弹片10的装设片13滑动装入该对折片53所围成的收容空间内,此过程中,该弹片10在该按键30的压制部33的作用下发生弹性变形;当该按键30的按压部31穿入该盖体50的装设孔51后,该弹片10不再受力而恢复原状。此时各元件的状态如图2和图3所示,该按键30已装设于该盖体50。向下按压该按键30的按压部31,该触动部35即可触动笔记本电脑的休眠开关而使其显示器休眠;此过程中该弹片10发生弹性形变,松开该按压部31,该弹片10压制该压制部33而将该按键30恢复原状。
本按键装置同样可应用于其他功能按键的安装及应用于其它电子装置。

Claims (4)

1.一种按键装置,是装设于一电子装置的盖体,该按键装置包括一弹片及一按键,所述盖体设有一装设孔,所述按键包括一穿过所述装设孔的按压部,所述弹片的前端压制于所述按键而将其装设于所述盖体,其特征在于:所述盖体设有一对折片,所述弹片的后端为一装设片,所述装设片是装设于所述折片所围成的收容空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键装置,其特征在于:所述按键设有一触动部,所述弹片的前端对应设有一装设口。
3.如权利要求2所述的按键装置,其特征在于:所述按键设有一压制部,所述压制部的横截面积大于所述装设孔的横截面积。
4.如权利要求1所述的按键装置,其特征在于:所述折片为“L”形。
