技术领域:本发明创造是对直角钻结构的改进,该直角钻用于高性能材料的铰孔、扩孔。
背景技术:目前,高性能材料在工业制品中广泛的应用,但这些材料同样是一些难加工材料,对加工工具要求越来越高,尤其是对手持风动直角钻的扭矩要求越来越大,以往的风动直角钻扭矩小,不适应如钛合金、30CrmnsiA钢、不锈钢的铰孔或扩孔的要求。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供提高扭矩的风动直角钻;本发明创造的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:风动直角钻:包括进气开关装置、长柄杆、后端盖、叶片泵、手柄、行星减速器、壳体、传递轴、转换刀杆、锥齿轮、齿轮箱壳,进气开关装置安装在长柄杆一端,长柄杆另一端与后端盖连接,将叶片泵安装在后端盖和壳体内,叶片泵输出轴连接一个行星减速器,行星减速器输出轴连接传递轴,传递轴连接锥齿轮,外装齿轮箱壳,转换刀杆安装在锥齿轮中,其特征在于将叶片泵中转子安装叶片的槽口偏心距加大,在行星减速器与传递轴之间安装一组行星减速器,并在二个行星减速器之间安装一个轴向轴承,在转换刀杆的上端制成一个缺口,在缺口处安装一个销钉,在手柄外面套装防滑胶套。
本发明创造的优点:由于将转子上安装叶片的凹槽偏心距加大,增加了叶片泵气腔工作容积,增加叶片的工作面积,从而增加了叶片泵的输出扭矩,这是其一,其二增加一组行星减速器,变成二级行星减速器,减速比加大,增加传递轴扭矩,其三由于在转换刀杆上端增加一个销钉,加大了转换刀杆的扭矩,其四增加一个轴向轴承,抗轴向力,综合上述因素,风动直角钻的扭矩增大,适合用于加工高性能材料的铰孔、扩孔;因采用长柄杆,力臂较大易操作,由于转换刀杆是插装的结构,更换刀具方便。

具体实施方式:风动直角钻:由进气开关装置1、长柄杆2、后端盖3、叶片泵4、防滑胶套5、手柄6、一级行星减速器7、二级行星减速器8、轴向轴承9、壳体10、传递轴11、齿轮箱壳14、锥齿轮15、转换刀杆13、销钉12构成;将进气开关装置安装在长柄杆一端,长柄杆另一端与后端盖连接,由于采用长柄杆,力臂较大易操作;将壳体安装在后端盖上,将手柄套装在壳体的外面,在手柄外面套装防滑胶套,便于手握,将叶片泵安装在壳体与后端盖里,将转子上安装叶片的凹槽偏心距加大,增加了叶片泵气腔工作容积,增加叶片的工作面积,从而增加了叶片泵的输出扭距,将叶片泵输出轴连接一级行星减速器,将一级行星减速器输出轴与二级行星减速器连接,采用二级行星减速器加大减速比,增加传递轴扭矩,在二个行星减速器之间安装一个轴向轴承,抗轴向力,二级行星减速器输出轴连接传递轴,传递轴连锥齿轮,在锥齿轮外面安装锥齿轮箱壳,将转换刀杆插装在锥齿轮中,并在转换刀杆上端制成缺口,在缺口处安装销钉,销钉又增加了转换刀杆的扭矩,由于转换刀杆是插装在锥齿轮中,更换刀具方便,由于加大叶片凹槽的偏心距,采用大数比的二级行星减速器减速,安装轴向轴承及销钉等结构改进措施,从而加大了风动直角钻的扭矩。

1、风动直角钻:包括进气开关装置、长柄杆、后端盖、叶片泵、手柄、行星减速器、壳体、传递轴、转换刀杆、锥齿轮、齿轮箱壳,进气开关装置安装在长柄杆一端,长柄杆另一端与后端盖连接,将叶片泵安装在后端盖和壳体内,叶片泵输出轴连接一个行星减速器,行星减速器输出轴连接传递轴,传递轴连接锥齿轮,外装齿轮箱壳,转换刀杆安装在锥齿轮中,其特征在于将叶片泵中转子安装叶片的槽口偏心距加大,在行星减速器与传递轴之间安装一组行星减速器,并在二个行星减速器之间安装一个轴向轴承,在转换刀杆的上端制成一个缺口,在缺口处安装一个销钉,在手柄外面套装防滑胶套。
