本实用新型涉及一种足底指压板，更具体而言，所述足底指压板包括：支撑件，具有用于支撑使用者体重的倾斜上表面；缓冲垫，位于所述倾斜上表面上；以及金属指压板，位于缓冲垫之上并在其表面上具有多个指压突起。当站在具有多个指压突起的板上时，根据本实用新型的指压板由于具有倾斜的上表面而增强了指压按摩效果。
背景技术
足底具有很多连接至人体特定部位的反应点。已知对这些反应点的刺激可缓和、治疗、和防止骨痛和/或肌肉痛。因此，足底按摩(即指压)已经得到了广泛地普及。
进行足底指压按摩的最容易方式是由他人来服务，但这花费金钱和时间。因此，人们通常用手或工具自己来指压按摩。用于指压按摩的工具的一个实例是指压板，本申请人所拥有的在先实用新型(实用新型登记第269,523号)中披露了该指压板。
所述指压板与足部接触的部分制成了弧形。所述指压板对于一些部位的刺激较强烈，而对其他部位则较弱，因此不能够产生足够的指压按摩效果。为了解决该问题，将指压板制成平板型。然而，还是存在一个问题，即无法从指压按摩产生足够的健身效果。

本实用新型设计用于解决上述问题。本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种足底指压板，其可通过设置带有倾斜面的指压板以及通过在该倾斜面的表面上设置多个突起来向足底提供足够的指压按摩。
根据本实用新型的足底指压板包括：支撑件，具有用于支撑使用者体重的带有合适倾斜度的倾斜上表面；缓冲垫，位于所述倾斜上表面上；金属指压板，位于缓冲垫之上并且在其表面上具有多个指压突起。所述支撑件、缓冲垫和金属指压板通过螺钉固定。根据本实用新型的指压板因为使足底与倾斜板接触，所以在提供了爬坡效果的同时提供了指压按摩效果。

具体实施方式
根据本实用新型的足底指压板包括：支撑件10，具有用于支撑使用者体重的带有合适的倾斜度的倾斜上表面11；缓冲垫30，位于所述倾斜上表面11上；金属指压板20，位于缓冲垫之上并且在表面上具有多个指压突起21；以及固定装置，例如螺钉40，用于在多个位置将所述金属指压板20和缓冲垫30固定至所述倾斜上表面11。
所述支撑件10必须耐用，以支撑使用者的体重，其尺寸大小则需使得使用者可在站立状态时行走于其上。当将缓冲垫30和金属指压板20固定至所述倾斜上表面11时，优选地使倾斜上表面形成凹部12，该凹部的凹陷程度为缓冲垫30和金属指压板20的厚度，以防止被边缘伤害。
倾斜上表面11的斜度需使得足踝不会感到不舒适。
指压板20由释放负(-)离子的金属制成。因而，金属指压板20通过指压突起21进行刺激的同时，可通过皮肤传导负离子至血管来加速血液循环。
因此，当站在该板上或坐在椅子上而行走时，本实用新型的指压板刺激足底。此外，由于是在倾斜面上行走，所以本实用新型的指压板提供了指压按摩效果、爬坡效果、以及足踝锻炼效果。

1.一种足底指压板，包括：
支撑件，具有带斜度的倾斜上表面；
缓冲垫，位于所述倾斜上表面上；
金属指压板，位于所述缓冲垫之上并在表面上具有多个指压突起；以及
固定装置，用于在所述倾斜上表面的多个位置将所述金属指压板和所述缓冲垫固定至所述倾斜上表面上。
