Abstract

一种按压式保温瓶瓶塞，瓶塞壳体中设有瓶塞芯体，保温瓶瓶塞中设有出水通道，带顶杆的封水盖可打开或关闭出水通道。所述的瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹；顶杆上设有弹簧座，瓶塞壳体中与弹簧座间设有弹簧，保温瓶瓶塞上部设有按钮，按钮上设有与顶杆端部相接触的按压部。由于瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹，旋动瓶塞芯体，便可将保温瓶瓶塞拆开进行清洗。上拉按钮，按钮的按压部将封水盖的顶杆往下顶，封水盖将出水通道打开。下压按钮，按钮的按压部解除对封水盖的顶杆的压力，在弹簧弹力的作用下，封水盖上弹，将出水通道封闭。

背景技术：
目前，保温瓶瓶塞的结构众多。如中国专利00218491.5号便公开了一种“保温瓶开关”。在该技术方案中，开关壳体内设有开关芯体，在开关芯体上端设有具有定位槽的芯体盖，按钮底部是多个锯齿状的触角，变角芯上设有与触脚相应具有斜面的凸筋，变角芯可在定位槽中移动，变角芯与瓶塞杆相连。此种保温瓶开关具有按压按钮开、闭出水通道的功能，但其存在以下不足：1、此种保温瓶开关被沾污后，拆洗不方便；2、采用变角芯机构，使保温瓶开关结构复杂，且使用过程中容易损坏。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种结构简单、拆洗方便的按压式保温瓶瓶塞。本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种按压式保温瓶瓶塞，瓶塞壳体中设有瓶塞芯体，保温瓶瓶塞中设有出水通道，带顶杆的封水盖可打开或关闭出水通道；其特征在于：所述的瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹；顶杆上设有弹簧座，瓶塞壳体中与弹簧座间设有弹簧，保温瓶瓶塞上部设有按钮，按钮上设有与顶杆端部相接触的按压部。由于瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹，旋动瓶塞芯体，便可将保温瓶瓶塞拆开进行清洗，使得本实用新型拆洗十分方便。上拉按钮，按钮绕其支轴转动，按钮的按压部将封水盖的顶杆往下顶，封水盖将出水通道打开。下压按钮，按钮的按压部解除对封水盖的顶杆的压力，在弹簧弹力的作用下，封水盖上弹，将出水通道封闭。本实用新型的保温瓶瓶塞具有打开或关闭出水通道的功能，同时保温瓶瓶塞结构简单。
在本实用新型中，所述的瓶塞壳体外卡接有壳体外罩，壳体外罩与瓶塞壳体间可转动。由于壳体外罩与瓶塞壳体间可转动，在旋紧保温瓶瓶塞时，可减小保温瓶瓶塞与杯体间的摩擦，达到省力的目的。
在本实用新型中，所述的瓶塞壳体下部设有与封水盖相配合的密封圈。其可保证封水盖可靠的封闭出水通道。

结合图1、图2所示：本实施例的按压式保温瓶瓶塞，瓶塞壳体1中设有瓶塞芯体2，保温瓶瓶塞中设有出水通道3，带顶杆4的封水盖5可打开或关闭出水通道3。瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹6；顶杆上设有弹簧座7，瓶塞壳体中与弹簧座间设有弹簧8，保温瓶瓶塞上部设有按钮9，按钮上设有与顶杆端部相接触的按压部10。瓶塞壳体外卡接有壳体外罩11，壳体外罩与瓶塞壳体间可转动。瓶塞壳体下部设有与封水盖相配合的密封圈12。
由于本实施例的瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹，使得温瓶瓶塞拆洗十分方便，且结构简单。而壳体外罩与瓶塞壳体间可转动，使得在旋紧保温瓶瓶塞时更省力。

1、一种按压式保温瓶瓶塞，瓶塞壳体中设有瓶塞芯体，保温瓶瓶塞中设有出水通道，带顶杆的封水盖可打开或关闭出水通道；其特征在于：所述的瓶塞壳体与瓶塞芯体间设有相配合的螺纹；顶杆上设有弹簧座，瓶塞壳体中与弹簧座间设有弹簧，保温瓶瓶塞上部设有按钮，按钮上设有与顶杆端部相接触的按压部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的按压式保温瓶瓶塞；其特征在于：所述的瓶塞壳体外卡接有壳体外罩，壳体外罩与瓶塞壳体间可转动。
3、根据权利要求1所述的按压式保温瓶瓶塞；其特征在于：所述的瓶塞壳体下部设有与封水盖相配合的密封圈。
