本实用新型公开了一种仪器透射灯用LED照明装置,由高强度发光二极管、压圈、紧固圈、发光管座、联结圈、尾盖、护线套、塑料护套线和二线电源插头组成,高强度发光二极管(2)与塑料护套线(8)连接后,用压圈(1)和发光管座(4)固定,外面再用紧固圈(3)和尾盖(6)固定,在尾盖(6)外圆上安装联结圈(5),端部安装护线套(7),由螺钉(9)固定,在护线套(7)内套装塑料护套线(8),其塑料护套线端部装有二二线电源插头(10),本实用新型LED光源属于半导体触级跃迁发光,发热小、寿命长、能耗低、无溅射;发光面规范,极易保证像质;安装简单且坚固;应用广、普及快,不愁货源,适用于光学定位器照明灯、分度头照明灯、测高装置照明灯、万能工具显微镜玻璃尺照明。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及照明装置,特别是一种仪器透射灯用LED照明装置。
背景技术:以前的光学定位器照明灯、分度头照明灯、测高装置照明灯、万能工具显微镜玻璃尺照明等都是延用上世纪五十年代的方式——钨丝灯泡或卤钨灯做光源,其缺点是:
1.耗能大,光效不高,且钨丝灯泡属普通型光源,灯丝排布散乱,装校仪器困难(像质很难保证良好);
2.灯泡发热,变压器发热,能量损失大且转换成热能,对仪器稳定性工作不利;
3.灯泡管壁钨的溅射严重,以致新旧灯泡光强透过率差别很大;
4.易损坏,溅射严重,寿命短,一致性差;
5.灯泡日渐枯竭,淘汰趋势明显。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种仪器透射灯用LED照明装置,利用该照明装置使光学定位器照明灯、分度头照明灯、万能工具显微镜玻璃尺照明产品的光源照明系统得到了大大提高。
本实用新型的构成:由高强度发光二极管、压圈、紧固圈、发光管座、联结圈、尾盖、护线套、塑料护套线和二线电源插头组成,高强度发光二极管2与塑料护套线8连接后,用压圈1和发光管座4固定,外面再用紧固圈3和尾盖6固定,在尾盖6外圆上安装联结圈5,端部安装护线套7,由螺钉9固定,在护线套7内套装塑料护套线8,其塑料护套线端部装有二线电源插头10。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型的优点是:
1.LED光源属于半导体触级跃迁发光,发热小、寿命长、能耗低、无溅射;
2.发光面规范,极易保证像质;
3.安装简单且坚固;
4.应用广、普及快,不愁货源。

具体实施方式:如图所示,高强度发光二极管2与塑料护套线8连接后,用压圈1和发光管座4固定,外面再用紧固圈3和尾盖6固定,在尾盖6外圆上安装联结圈5,联结圈的作用是和仪器联结,如果某个仪器要使用此光源组,只需要能和联结圈5的尺寸对上号即可。在尾盖6上安装护线套7,由螺钉9固定,在护线套7内装有塑料护套线8,其塑料护套线端部装有二线电源插头10,二线电源插头起连结8W电源箱的作用。此光源可通用8W电源箱作电源,该稳压电源可提供相应电压,且电流可调。

1.一种仪器透射灯用LED照明装置,由高强度发光二极管、压圈、紧固圈、发光管座、联结圈、尾盖、护线套、塑料护套线和二线电源插头组成,其特征在于:高强度发光二极管(2)与塑料护套线(8)连接后,用压圈(1)和发光管座(4)固定,外面再用紧固圈(3)和尾盖(6)固定,在尾盖(6)外圆上安装联结圈(5),端部安装护线套(7),由螺钉(9)固定,在护线套(7)内套装塑料护套线(8),其塑料护套线端部装有二线电源插头(10)
