Abstract

新型风力发电机属发电机技术领域。其所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种体积较小、重量较轻、结构紧凑、受力合理的风力发电机。其技术要点是:定子轴(2)上由后向前依次套装有安装风叶法兰盘的轴承(3)和安装导流风罩(6)的轴承(4),定子(7)置于导流风罩内,导流风罩兼作转子。由于采用导流风罩兼作发电机的转子,且发电机的定子又置于导流风罩之内;同时,由于将导流风罩、风叶法兰盘同轴安装在发电机的定子轴上,使发电机的定子轴兼作整个风力发电机的安装支承轴,因此,使得整机结构紧凑、受力合理、体积较小、重量较轻。且将风叶置于电机后方,使电机散热性能提高,也有助于提高发电机的可靠性。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种新型风力发电机。
背景技术:现有的风力发电机一般都是将风叶安装于电机前端伸出的悬臂轴上的。由于风力发电机的风叶直径大,受力不均匀,加速、减速频繁,因而这种结构的风力发电机极易导致电机整体震动。为了减小或避免电机整体震动,这就要求电机的整体结构刚性要大,从而进一步增加了原本重量就重、体积就大的电机的重量和体积。另外,这种风力发电机的电机由于处于风叶的后面,因此,电机散热的条件也不好。
发明内容:本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:旨在克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种体积较小、重量较轻、结构紧凑、受力合理的新型风力发电机。其技术方案是:一种新型风力发电机,包括转子、定子、风叶、法兰盘和导流风罩,其特征在于:所述的定子轴上由后向前依次套装有安装风叶法兰盘的轴承和安装导流风罩的轴承,定子置于导流风罩内,导流风罩兼作转子。其技术效果是:由于采用导流风罩兼作发电机的转子,且发电机的定子又置于导流风罩之内,致使发电机整体安装于导流风罩之中;同时,由于将导流风罩、风叶法兰盘同轴安装在发电机的定子轴上,使发电机的定子轴兼作整个风力发电机的安装支承轴,因此,使得整机结构紧凑、受力合理、体积较小、重量较轻。且将风叶置于电机后方,使电机散热性能提高,也有助于提高发电机的可靠性。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,风叶1安装在法兰盘8上,定子7安装在定子轴2上。定子轴上由后向前依次套装有安装风叶法兰盘的轴承3和安装导流风罩6的轴承4,定子7置于导流风罩内,导流风罩兼作转子。
为了实现该风力发电机微风起动,在风叶法兰盘8与导流风罩6相对应的部位处安装有离心永磁式离合器5。该离心永磁式离合器(见图2)由外筒、滑芯、底座和复位板组成,滑芯52的上、下表面及底座54的上表面、复位板51的下表面均装有永磁块55。滑芯上表面与复位板下表面安装的永磁块的极性相同,二者构成排斥关系;滑芯下表面与底板上表面安装的永磁块的极性相反,二者构成吸引关系。当风作用于风叶1时,风叶与法兰盘8一起空载转动;当转速达到一定值时,离心力大于滑芯52下表面与底座54上表面的永磁块55的吸引力,离合器释放,由风叶法兰盘带动发电机转子(即导流风罩)旋转;当风速变小,风叶法兰盘停止运转时,依靠滑芯上表面与复位板51下表面安装的永磁块的排斥力和滑芯下表面与底座上表面安装的永磁块的吸引力,推动离合器复位。

Claims (4)

1、一种新型风力发电机,包括转子、定子、风叶、法兰盘和导流风罩,其特征在于:所述的定子轴(2)上由后向前依次套装有安装风叶法兰盘的轴承(3)和安装导流风罩(6)的轴承(4),定子(7)置于导流风罩内,导流风罩兼作转子。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电机,其特征在于:所述的风叶法兰盘(8)与导流风罩(6)相对应的部位处安装有离心永磁式离合器(5)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种风力发电机,其特征在于:所述的离心永磁式离合器由外筒、滑芯、底座和复位板组成,滑芯(52)的上、下表面及底座(54)的上表面、复位板(51)的下表面均装有永磁块(55)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种风力发电机,其特征在于:所述的滑芯(52)上表面与复位板(51)下表面安装的永磁块(55)的极性相同;滑芯下表面与底座(54)上表面安装的永磁块的极性相反。
