本实用新型涉及一种泵进出水段,属泵水力部件制造领域。
背景技术:
授权公告号CN2394038Y、名称“一种内装式潜水泵的内泵体”,该泵体包括内泵体的泵壳及设于泵壳内的上下轴承座、电机,所述泵壳的内壁在其下端对应下轴承座处设有支承下轴承座的突出物,在上端对应上轴承座的顶端设有向外凸出的设置卡簧的环形槽。
发明内容:
设计目的:设计一种泵进出水段为同心圆且在进水腔的中心设有滑动轴承座,以确保轴的平稳运转。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的,在结构设计上,泵的进水腔与泵的出水腔设计成同心圆的整体进出水段,其中进水腔位于出水腔内且进水腔的进水管与进水腔连通、出水腔的出水管与出水腔连通,进水腔的中心设有滑动轴承座,该滑动轴承座用于支撑和确保泵轴旋转的同轴度和稳定性。其技术方案:进水管(1)与泵体(6)的进水腔(2)连通,出水管(4)与泵体(6)的出水腔(3)连通。进水管(1)位于泵体(6)吸入侧且与进水腔(2)连通,出水管(4)位于泵体(6)排出侧且与出水腔(3)连通。进水腔的中间为滑动轴承座(5)。
本实用新型的优点在于:一是结构设计新颖、独特、简单;二是可以由任意段进出水段构成泵体且泵的出水量大、效率高。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:参照附图1和2。进出水段,进水管1采用现有技术制作且与泵体6的进水腔2连通,出水管4采用现有技术制作且与泵体6的出水腔3连通。泵体6中的进水腔2和出水腔3采用现有技术且参照附图1和2制作。进水管1位于泵体6吸入侧且与进水腔2连通,出水管4位于泵体6排出侧且与出水腔3连通。进水腔的中间为滑动轴承座5。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本实用新型作了比较详细的说明,但是这些说明只是对本实用新型说明性的,而不是对本实用新型的限制,任何不超出本实用新型实质精神内的发明创造,均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种进出水段,其特征是:进水管(1)与泵体(6)的进水腔(2)连通,出水管(4)与泵体(6)的出水腔(3)连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的进出水段,其特征是:进水管(1)位于泵体(6)吸入侧且与进水腔(2)连通,出水管(4)位于泵体(6)排出侧且与出水腔(3)连通。
3、根据权利要求1所述的进出水段,其特征是:进水腔的中间为滑动轴承座(5)。
