背景技术
目前,市场上浇铸的MC尼龙托辊是由一段钢管形状两端配轴承和一根滚轴构成,该种托辊投入实际使用时由于托辊的两端存有轴承支撑而中段几乎无支撑,当输送带运行期间在重力的压迫下,辊的中段显易下凹变形,造成托辊整体面受力不均,因此即增加摩擦系数又使托辊因受压局部凸起面常承压磨损而断裂,辊件不耐用,要经常更换,用户浪费很大,很不经济。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不易变形,经济耐用的托辊。
本实用新型通过以下方案来实现:由两个同轴圆筒之间设有均匀分布的轴向辐射支撑骨架,各支撑骨架之间与内外圆筒壁形成扇状空间气孔。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例参照附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图所示,本实用新型由两个同轴的内圆筒1和外圆筒2构成,在内圆筒1和外圆筒2之间设有均匀分布的轴向辐射支撑骨架3,各支撑骨架3之间与内、外圆筒1和2的壁形成扇状空间气孔4。
本实用新型采用单体浇铸MC尼龙工艺,或者采用高分子材料挤压工艺,用无缝钢管为主要模具材料。其分子结构紧密,在使用过程中,当托辊在某些局部范围受到一定的压力下,由于设有辐射支撑骨架3,该托辊不会变形,也就不会损坏传输皮带。由于该托辊设有扇状空间气孔4,使空气对流达到散热的目的,同时节约了原材料,降低了成本。
据上述可知,本实用新型具有结构简单、经济耐用、成本低、性能好等优点。
