背景技术
目前的密闭式冷却塔,其内的散热盘管均未采用上、下分层、多段式模组化的设计结构。由此,带来的缺陷便是,散热盘管制造复杂,不便于库存,且组装烦琐。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷,散热盘管组装便捷的散热盘管模组化设计的密闭式冷却塔。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种散热盘管模组化设计的密闭式冷却塔,主要是由塔体、马达、减速机、风胴、散热盘管和散热片组成,其特征在于:所述的散热盘管为上、下分层、多段式模组化设计结构。
由于采用上述方案,不难得出如下结论:本实用新型结构合理,构思巧妙,盘管采用模组化设计,每层结构均相同,这样制造及库存均较简便,可降低制造成本,且组装方便,极具推广价值。

图中,一种带有膨胀水箱的密闭式冷却塔,马达10与减速机20安装于风胴30之上,减速机20及风胴30均安装于塔体50之上,散热盘管40安装于塔体50内部,散热盘管40为上、下分层、多段式模组化设计结构。
