本实用新型涉及一种立式空气能热水器水箱的外壳。本实用新型的目的是提供一种立式热水器水箱外壳的改进,该外壳应具有设计合理、不易腐锈、使用寿命长的特点,并且结构简单、制造容易。本实用新型采用的技术方案是:立式热水器水箱外壳,其筒状外壳由筒身加上上、下两端的端盖所组成,筒身与上端盖是插接连接;所述的下端盖的外径与筒身的内圆周面相称,并且固定连接在筒身下端边沿的内圆周面上。所述的筒身下端的边沿低于下端盖的底面。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热水器的部件,尤其是立式空气能热水器水箱的外壳。
背景技术
立式热水器水箱是热水器的主要部件,通常安装在室外。立式热水器水箱的一般结构是:筒状外壳与贮水内胆之间填充有发泡保温材料4;而筒状外壳(图3所示)又是由筒身2加上两端的端盖1和8所组成。筒身与两端的端盖的连接均是插接连接,也即筒身上下两端开口的边沿都制有一个稍小一些的沿口,上沿口2-1、下沿口2-2分别插入在上端盖1和下端盖8内,然后进行固定。由于筒身下端边沿的沿口往下方插入在下端盖内,因而在下雨天雨水往往渗入该处,成为雨水贮藏之处,且不易挥发干燥;导致该部位极易腐锈损毁,从而缩短整个水箱的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种立式热水器水箱外壳的改进,该外壳应能克服上述背景技术的不足,具有设计合理、不宜腐锈、使用寿命长的特点,并且结构简单、制造容易。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:立式热水器水箱外壳,其筒状外壳包括筒身以及分别位于上、下两端的上端盖和下端盖,筒身与上端盖是插接连接;所述的下端盖的外径与筒身的内圆周面相称,并且固定连接在筒身下端边沿的内圆周面上。
所述的筒身下端的边沿低于下端盖的底面。
由于下端盖固定连接在筒身下端边沿的内圆周面上,连接处被筒身遮挡保护,雨水无法渗入,因而该处不会生锈腐烂;这就显著延长了水箱外壳的使用寿命。另外,由于设计合理,结构得到简化,还使得制造更加容易。

具体实施方式
如图所示,立式热水器水箱外壳,其筒状外壳包括筒身2加上上端盖1和下端盖3;筒身与上端盖是插接连接,筒身上端边沿的沿口2-1的直径与筒身内圆周面相称并往上方插入上端盖内;显然此插接处不会贮水,不易腐锈。所述的下端盖3的外径与筒身的内圆周面相称,并且固定连接在筒身下端边沿的内圆周面上。图中显示的下端盖3的边沿是制有往上方的翻边3-1(也可以是往下方的翻边,根据需要而定),翻边3-1与筒身连接一般可采用焊接方式(图中,下端盖3的边沿与筒身内圆周面之间留有间隙是为图面清晰所作的处理)。支撑脚6一般设置有三个,均布在下端盖的圆形面上,并穿越下端盖直接支撑贮水内胆5以及贮水内胆中的水的重量。
所述的筒身下端的边沿2-3还可低于下端盖的底面(如图所示),将下端盖完全遮挡保护。这样,除了具有防锈效果之外,还使得水箱外壳的造型更加美观。

1、立式热水器水箱外壳,其筒状外壳包括筒身(2)以及分别位于上、下两端的上端盖(1)和下端盖(3),筒身与上端盖是插接连接;其特征在于所述的下端盖(3)的外径与筒身(2)的内圆周面相称,并且固定连接在筒身下端边沿的内圆周面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的立式热水器水箱外壳,其特征在于所述的筒身(2)下端的边沿低于下端盖(3)的底面。
