Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种接线盒，尤指装有DC插座的LED接线盒，接线盒由上外壳、下外壳、散热器、PCB板组成，PCB板上有串联的DC插座、断路保护器、过热保护器，此接线盒主要与恒流电源配合使用。由于启动LED要求电流恒定，所以，当多个LED共用一个恒流电源时，就必须采用串联方式，此接线盒就是专为这种串联方式设计的，解决了普通串联电路存在的断路和过热时无法工作的问题。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种接线盒，尤指装有串联DC插座的LED接线盒。
背景技术  众所周知，现有的LED串联接线盒只具有简单的插接功能，如果产生断路或电路发热，将导致线路不通或灯体烧坏，有些接线盒虽然也加了保险丝，但一旦保险丝烧断，接线盒也就坏了。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于推出一种智能接线盒，首先根据串联线路的特点，在每个串联的输出插座上并联一个断路保护器，一旦插座上的灯体损坏造成断路，断路保护器会马上工作，维持整个线路正常工作，换掉坏的灯，断路保护器停止工作。此外在每个接线盒中有一个温度控制器，在所有电器元件的上方还覆盖有一个散热器，散热器将各个元件的热量集中传递给温度控制器，可控制整个接线盒的工作温度，如果电流过大，造成接线盒温升异常，温控器将切断电流，等温度正常后可自动恢复工作。

图中：上外壳1、散热器2、PCB板3，输入DC插座4、输出DC插座5、断路保护器6、温度保护器7、下外壳8。
具体实施方式  本实用新型的输入DC插座4、输出DC插座5、断路保护器6、温度保护器7全部锡焊在PCB板3上。整个PCB板3卡装在注塑的下外壳8上，铝制的散热器2扣合在所有元气件的上面，然后将注塑的上外壳1与下外壳8扣合即可。使用时，位于端部的输入DC插座4插输入电线，其余DC插口插接LED灯。而且，两个接线盒之间可以通过DC线连接拓展插口数量。

Claims (3)

1.一种LED专用串联保护接线盒，由上外壳、下外壳、散热器、PCB板组成，其特征在于PCB板上有串联的DC插座，每一个DC插座并联一个断路保护器。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种LED专用串联保护接线盒，其特征在于PCB板上连接有温度保护器。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种LED专用串联保护接线盒，其特征在于散热器位于PCB板上方，温度保护器被散热器夹住。
