Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可安装在墙面插座面板或墙面开关面板上的LED灯，这种灯的安装结构和发光面按照墙面插座(开关)设计，这种灯的安装也和墙面插座或墙面开关的安装方法一样，这种灯可以做墙灯或小夜灯，可以有光敏感应开关控制，也可以用总线开关控制。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种可安装在墙面插座面板或墙面开关面板内的LED灯，尤指装在墙面、楼梯侧面的LED墙灯、壁灯、小夜灯。
背景技术  众所周知，现有的墙灯，一般都有自己独特的安装方法，建筑施工时要考虑根据不同的灯具预留不同的安装孔和电线，这就给施工带来一定困难；而墙面插座或墙面开关都是建筑施工中标准化的电器配件，他们主要由面板、插座(开关)、预埋底盒三部分组成，安装孔和走线也是标准化的；如果有一款灯和插座(开关)的外型结构一样，那么就可以用灯和插座(开关)互换安装，那将给照明施工带来很大方便，而且在建筑物投入使用以后，也可以根据需要将墙面插座或墙面开关改为墙灯或小夜灯。
发明内容  本实用新型的灯体发光面尺寸和安装结构严格按照国际标准的墙面插座设计，真正做到了灯体与插座(开关)的互换。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：灯体由透光盖、后盖组成，内部装有PCB板，PCB板上含有LED、驱动元件、光敏、连接电线，灯体装配后，利用后盖两侧的卡点，可以扣紧插座(开关)面板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于这款LED灯的面盖和安装底盖借用了标准墙面插座的面板和预埋底盒，所以大大降低了产品成本；由于标准墙面插座或墙面开关的通用性和广泛性，所以大大增加了产品的实用性。

图中：1.后盖；2.透光板；3.PCB板；4.连接电线；5.光敏；6.LED；7.感光孔；8.卡点；9.插座(开关)面板；10.插座(开关)预埋底盒。
具体实施方式  图2中，先将LED6、光敏5、连接电线4焊接在PCB板3上，然后将PCB板嵌入到后盖1中，连接电线4从后盖1底部引出，将透光板2和后盖1扣接(或胶粘或超声波焊接)，光敏5必须嵌入感光孔7，图中的卡点8是用来卡紧插座面板9的，装好的LED灯的轴侧图如图1所示，图3中，LED灯体卡入插座面板9，插座预埋底盒10事先嵌装在墙体内，最后将装好LED灯的面板9安装在预埋底盒10上。

Claims (4)

1、一种可安装在墙面插座面板或墙面开关面板内的LED灯，包括插座或开关的面板、预埋底盒和LED灯体，其特征在于LED灯体由透光盖和后盖组成，内置LED驱动线路板，在LED线路板上焊LED光源，连接电线从线路板上引出。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种可安装在墙面插座面板或墙面开关面板内的LED灯，其特征在于后盖两侧设计有卡点。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种可安装在墙面插座面板或墙面开关面板内的LED灯，其特征在于线路板上设计有光敏电阻，透光盖上设计有与光敏电阻相配的感光孔。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种可安装在墙面插座面板或墙面开关面板内的LED灯，其特征在于透光盖与插座或开关面板嵌入配合。
