背景技术
现有塑料粉碎机的传动机构是电机通过皮带带动刀具的传动轴，其传动速度不能改变，皮带长时间使用会出现打滑和掉带的情况，因此使刀具对粉碎塑料作用力不变，对不同塑料粉碎要求的刀具各不相同。
发明内容
为了克服上述的缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种通过减速箱的齿轮传动方式，改变传动速度，不需要皮带带动，达到对不同塑料的粉碎不需要不同的刀具。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
塑料粉碎机的传动机构改良结构，其包括电机带动变速箱中齿轮组，齿轮组带动刀具的转轴。
本实用新型结构简单，通过变速箱能改变刀具的转速，传动结构稳固，从而实现对不同塑料的粉碎，而且噪声低于70分贝，其是一种通过回收废塑料再利用的环保设备。
