本实用新型属于石油开采技术领域,是一种用于油、气井的模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置,它至少具有一节射孔器,射孔器的射孔枪内设有筒式弹架,该弹架上装有多个按设定相位排列的射孔弹,本实用新型的特别之处是在筒式弹架外表面上射孔弹的周围装有模块式全密闭药盒,药盒内装有复合火药。本实用新型的火药盒装配方便、快捷,其装药量可调,可适应不同地层裂缝延伸对二次能量的需求,提高了复合射孔装置的作用效果。另外,在操作时无火药气味污染,火药不与枪内壁直接摩擦,所以更加安全。

Description

一种模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于石油开采技术领域,是一种用于油、气井射孔完井的模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置。
技术背景
近年来,为了达到穿透地层污染带射孔的效果,并使地层裂缝得以延伸,以提高油气井的产能及采收率,在射孔枪内装火药的复合射孔装置得到了广泛应用。中国专利ZL01212979.8公开了一种“油气井高能复合射孔装置”,该装置采用在弹架内射孔弹间装填火药片的装药方式,而中国专利ZL200320109751.4所公开的“油气井用枪内装筒式火药装药的复合射孔装置”则采用在射孔枪与筒式弹架之间同轴装有一个筒式火药装药,这种结构要求在药筒上与弹架相配合的位置处加工有供射孔弹穿过的孔,这些过弹孔同弹架上的孔要保持同轴,并且需要准备各种不同长度的药筒,以匹配射孔长度的需要,所需药筒较长时制造困难,生产成本高,装药量不易调整,存在安全隐患,施工作业效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是:对上述现有技术中的不足之处加以改进,提供一种火药装配简便、药量可调的模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置。
解决上述问题的技术方案是:所提供的一种模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置,至少具有一节射孔器,射孔器的射孔枪内设有筒式弹架,该弹架上装有多个按设定相位排列的射孔弹,本实用新型的改进之处是:在筒式弹架的外表面上射孔弹的周围装有模块式全密闭药盒,药盒内装有火药。
上述的模块式全密闭药盒与筒式弹架之间可通过插接装置相联结。
本实用新型在弹架上安装了模块式全密闭药盒,药盒的几何尺寸、形状及装药量,可根据不同枪型、射孔孔密和地层情况进行调整,而且装配方便、快捷。因此,可适应不同地层裂缝延伸对火药二次做功能量的需求,提高了复合射孔装置的作用效果。另外,在操作时无火药气味污染,火药不与枪内壁直接摩擦,所以更加安全。

具体实施方式
本实用新型可由一节或多节射孔器构成,图1至图5给出了本实用新型的一个实施例,采用射孔枪仅有盲孔而无泄压孔的复合射孔器。
参见图1、图2,本实例由装有雷管1的枪头2、枪尾6和多节射孔器3联结构成,枪头2位于射孔器的最上端,枪尾6位于射孔器的最下端,相邻两节射孔器之间通过上接头5及下接头4联接。射孔器3的射孔枪7内设有筒式弹架71,弹架71通过两端的定位环72固定于射孔枪内,弹架71上装有多个射孔弹8,射孔弹按孔密40孔/米、相位角135°排列,在射孔枪7上对应于每个射孔弹8的射流朝向设置一个盲孔73。导爆索10与射孔弹的起爆端搭接,并延伸至上、下接头,插入上、下接头端部的传爆管11中,通过上、下接头传爆管的对接实现相邻两节射孔器导爆索的传爆。在筒式弹架71外表面上安装了40个模块式全密闭药盒9,每个药盒位于相邻射孔弹8之间。
参见图3、图4、图5,筒式弹架71上加工有螺旋排列的布弹孔,射孔弹8安装在这些布弹孔内。模块式全密闭药盒的形状可与弹架外表面、射孔枪内表面及射孔弹之间的空间相适应。本实例采用了筒式弹架,射孔弹按设定相位螺旋排列,为了充分利用相邻射孔弹之间的空间,增大药盒的容积,以便增大装药量,药盒9的内底面为与弹架(71)外表面相吻合的圆弧面(即内凹的圆柱面)、外表面为与射孔枪(7)内表面相适应的圆柱面,药盒(9)的侧面由平面和与射孔弹(8)相适应的圆弧面组成。  药盒9由盒体91和盒盖92两部分组成,盒体和盒盖通过其上的止扣插接在一起,火药93采用复合火药或其它燃烧类含能材料。药盒9的材料可根据井温选取,可用塑料或金属材料加工制成。为了便于在弹架上安装药盒,在药盒9上设有卡紧锁舌94,弹架上设有与卡紧锁舌配合的定位卡孔74,安装时只需将药盒的卡紧锁舌插入弹架上的定位卡孔即可。药盒的卡紧锁舌头部为直棱或倒钩形,弹架上的定位卡孔的形状与药盒上的卡紧锁舌形状相配合,可为矩形、圆形、椭圆形或菱形的通孔。当然,也可采用其它各种形式的插接装置或联接装置来安装药盒。
工作时将本装置通过油管或电缆下到井内预定的位置,然后加压起爆或通电引爆,点火后射孔弹的射流射穿射孔枪的盲孔、套管和水泥环,并在地层中形成一定几何尺寸的孔道;由射孔弹及导爆索的爆炸能将药盒内的火药点燃,由火药形成的燃气脉冲沿射孔孔道对岩层冲击加载,一可破解射孔孔道周围压实带的堵塞,二可使射孔孔道形成更深的裂缝,有效增大近井地带的沟通半径和面积,提高油气井的产能。
为使模块式药盒的燃气升压速率与射孔枪孔眼的泄压速率相匹配,本实用新型也可在射孔枪上每个盲孔的对面预制一个用密封片封堵的泄压孔,构成带泄压孔的模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置。

Claims (6)

1、一种模块式药盒装药的复合射孔装置,至少具有一节射孔器(3),射孔器的射孔枪(7))内设有筒式弹架(71),该弹架上装有多个按设定相位排列的射孔弹(8),其特征是在筒式弹架(71)外表面上射孔弹(8)的周围装有模块式全密闭药盒(9),药盒(9)内装有火药。
2、如权利要求1所述的复合射孔装置,其特征是所说的模块式全密闭药盒(9)位于相邻射孔弹(8)之间。
3、如权利要求2所述的复合射孔装置,其特征是所说的模块式全密闭药盒(9)的形状与弹架(71)外表面、射孔枪(7)内表面及射孔弹(8)之间的空间相适应。
4、如权利要求3所述的复合射孔装置,其特征是所说的模块式全密闭药盒(9)的内底面为与弹架(71)外表面相吻合的圆弧面、外表面为与射孔枪(7)内表面相适应的圆柱面,药盒(9)的侧面由平面和与射孔弹(8)相适应的圆弧面组成。
5、如权利要求1至4中的任意一项所述的复合射孔装置,其特征是所说的模块式全密闭药盒(9)与筒式弹架(71)之间通过插接装置相联接。
6、如权利要求5所述的射孔复合装置,其特征是所说的在药盒(9)上设有卡紧锁舌(94),弹架(71)上设有与卡紧锁舌配合的定位卡孔(74)。
