Abstract

一种集海底电力电缆和光缆于一体的光电复合结构海缆,该海缆的缆芯由电缆芯线及光纤芯共同组成,以不锈钢套管包覆的光纤单元与电力电缆的芯线并列包覆在内护套层内,四周空隙充填有填充物,填充物外面挤制有内护套层,在内护套层外面设有钢丝铠装层,在铠装层外面挤制有外护套层。本实用新型将原来用于传输电力的海底电力电缆和用于传输通信信号的海底光缆复合在一根海缆中,使之既能传输电力,又能传输通信信号,不但使用方便、安全可靠,而且大大节省制造和敷设费用,可广泛应用于大陆与海岛、海岛与海岛及海洋石油平台的电力和通信的传输。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及海底使用的电缆技术领域,尤其是一种集海底电力电缆和光缆于一体的光电复合结构的海缆。
背景技术
目前,海底传输电力和传输通信信号是通过两根缆线来解决,即用于传输电力的海底电力电缆和用于传输通信信号的海底光缆,分别独立地敷设于海底。且电缆和光缆均要具备防渗水、耐水压、抗拉、防腐、防磨损等的性能,以达到在海底使用的要求。因此现有海底电缆和光缆虽解决了电力及通信信号传输的问题,但制造费用及敷设费用很高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种具传输电力和传输通信信号双重功能的光电复合结构海缆。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本实用新型是在原有电力电缆的结构基础上内容纳光纤单元,具体是在电力电缆的内护套层内还包覆有以不锈钢套管包覆的光纤单元,光纤单元置于芯线间隙,并且芯线和光纤单元的四周空隙填充有填充物。
所述光纤单元要有一定的光纤余长,使之既能抵御外界的机械作用,亦能承受自身的弯曲而不影响信号的传输。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型将原来用于传输电力的海底电力电缆和用于传输通信信号的海底光缆复合在一根海缆中,使之既能传输电力,又能传输通信信号,不但使用方便、安全可靠,而且大大节省制造和敷设费用,可广泛应用于大陆与海岛、海岛与海岛及海洋石油平台的电力和通信的传输。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
请结合图1所示,本实用新型光电复合结构海缆其缆芯由电缆缆芯及光纤芯共同组成,首先光纤单元2以不锈钢套管包覆,与三根电力电缆芯线1并列设置,四周空隙充填填充物3,将填充物园整后,在其外面挤制内护套层4,在内护套层4外面设置由不锈钢丝所组成的铠装层5,在铠装层5外面再挤制一层外护套层6。
电力电缆的芯线采用现有技术的结构,即包括绞合铜导体11,导体外挤制有一层绝缘屏蔽层12,绝缘屏蔽层绕包金属保护层13,保护层挤制外护套层14。
为了使光纤单元既能抵御外界的机械作用,亦能承受自身的弯曲而不影响信号的传输,光纤单元要保证有一定的光纤余长。

Claims (2)

1、一种光电复合结构海缆,包括具芯线(1)、内护套层(4)、铠装层(5)及外护套层(6)的海底电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的内护套层(4)内还包覆有以不锈钢套管包覆的光纤单元(2),光纤单元置于芯线间隙,并且芯线和光纤单元的四周空隙填充有填充物(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的光电复合结构海缆,其特征在于:所述的光纤单元(2)预留有一定的余长。
